Hi, I just bought the Honeywell Le Sucre system off you. I would now like to add an external siren for outside of my property, however I can't believe how expensive the SEF8M is at £130 compared to other one's which can be bought for around £30~. Is that literally the only one which will work with my alarm system or do Honeywell/3rd party companies do others?

I would need to know which wireless receiver ( output relay ) you have that is compatible with door contacts from Inovonics - model EE1210W?

I am contacting you regarding this product because we have the same products in our house they work superb and I was hammering something in behing one of the sensors and it now just shows up on the alarm system as fault on landing so can you give us any suggestions as to what to do ? Thank you

I have an old, but fully functional wired system. It is an Accenta G8 panel. I want to add a zone using a wireless PIR I have seen the Texecom compact W-series on your website. Does this come with a receiver that wires into the existing panel? Will it work with my existing panel??

I have a Scantronic 9651 bought from you a few years ago. It's worked fine till the PA alarmed the other morning for no reason - i.e. it wasn't pressed. I put a new battery in it Feb 2014, probably the last time I opened it up. When I put the engineer's code in, in order to open up the PA to check it, rather than going into engineer mode it said "User code reqd". Odd?! Anyway, I then put the User Code in and it said "Set". This is not normal behaviour - any ideas? Thanks,

I'm look for some shock sensors (to be fitted to window frames) preferably wired and that work with DSC PC range. I was looking at the Aritech GS612 but I've not had much joy with it albeit the door sensor with magnet works fine.

Hi, I have a texecom PIR which has a normally closed relay, unfortunately I have a voice off device which plays MP3s when triggered. This requires a Normally Open input which closes to trigger the MP3. Is there an off the shelf device which would convert this PIR from Normally Closed to Normally Open input? Many Thanks

Hi, Can you advise me which smart devices link with the Visonic Powermaster33 I see on the Visonic Alert app there is an option to add smart devices. the options given are Adjustable, Switchable, x10, z-wave and zigbee how do they intergrate? I have just purchased a Honeywell IS3016 security alarm sensor which does not appear to work with my existing alarm system showing as a fault on the control panel. It would be very unusual for the sensor to be faulty and assume there is a compatibility issue. the only item I can think of is the EOL setting which I have not encountered before and not aware of selectivity. I previously purchased from you the Honeywell Active8 DT which worked fine first time. My alarm system is an Accenta 8 Can you advise me what the problem may be or EOL settings.

Thanks. I have ha Galaxy 2-44 today and want to change to a dimension GD48 as i said. I have the MK7 x 4 pcs but i want to have one touch as well. So if i order a kit with touchcenter keyprox and a GT-40 for sms and app control (alarm on, off, and status) Is that all i need + programming via the MK7 or Touchcenter or do i need to change something more? If i want to program from computer, what cable + sw do i need and do you sell it? Do i need the SPI key? And a orderquestion. It is for company in sweden so VAT should not be debited. How can i close the order without pay of VAT? Help me please with this and an order will come directly, it is little urgent needed for me here.

I want to place an order. We would like to change our G2-44+ for a GD 48. First i want to ask, can we move the settings from the G2-44 to GD 48 or do we need to set all settings when install? Can we buy a RS232-wiring and do it from a computer or do we need to purchase a sw to do it? Or is it free from honeywell? If not free, can we program all from the MK7?

Can you please advice me on what system i shall use? I'm out after an alarm system that has at least 3 zones (1 for intrusion, 1 for fire, 1 for water leakage) for a 2 story house, preferably which own output channels and which is possible to connect to the internet. Maybe for intrusion i should have 3 zones, like inside, perimeter and outside? Sensors i will need are: Burglary (movement - with windows breakage?), fire sensors and water leakage sensors to put in sensitive areas. I have been looking at the honeywell which seems good, but can you please give me some suggestions on good systems?

I'm looking for a domestic alarm that supports 2 zones (one hardwired (ground floor) with 4 PIRs, one wireless (first floor) with 3 or 4 PIRs) + 2 keypads + keyfobs + a control panel that can dial out (PSTN or other). What can you recommend which is good value for money?

Hi, I have recently installed electrically operated automatically opening curtains. These are triggering my alarm if it is set when the curtains open. Can you recommend a different PIR to the one above which will get around this problem please? Thanks

My Pyronix vocaliser has lost it's speech but still dials out upon activation. Also I cannot edit the the numbers it dials.What is the best replacement dialer/speech vocaliser I can replace it with or would a NVM chip replacement resolve this issue?

Hi, I wonder if you can help. I have an alarm system Networker ((Menvier) TS690R and need some additional wireless pir sensors. From what I can see they don't make the alarm system any more, but looking at your site it appears the Scantronic pir's maybe compatible?

I have two wire LS 400 alarm in my garage. I need a couple of new PIR sensors. Do any of your sensors work on a two wire system?

On 30 April 2015 you delivered my order including Scantronic 9651 + 9943 keypad,, 2 off Guardall PQ15 PIR, plus cable and brackets. I hang my head to admit that I am only now finishing the modification to an existing system for which I ordered the parts. Cause of the change was that the original installer had run one cable to 2 back-to-back PIR, and the cable route was forced in beside central heating pipes etc and seemed to be frequent intermittent giving faults. I have resited one PIR which I replaced with a PQ15, and added an additional PIR to the system. I ran new cable to both PIR. While I was at it, I added a new additional 9943 keypad in the master bedroom (the cable has been run to this, but not yet connected to the control box to make commissioning easier - I hoped). I was able to put the controller in Installer Mode because about 5 years ago I replaced the original keypad, which failed to recognise 2 numbers, with a new 9943. At the time, I reset the engineers code and also upgraded the PCB from the original earlier model Scantronic. My problem is that I now have run the cables, fitted the PIR and connected in the control box. The keypad shows a steady amber Alert lamp and the message "Installer Mode", and no further information. It will not accept any input such as numbers. It beeps as I enter the numbers but does not show anything apart from the "Installer Mode" message. Does not accept tick or cross either. Neither the Service lamp or the Mains lamp have been lit. I am hoping that you can point me in the right direction so that I can start trouble shooting the system - I would love a detailed diagnosis, but I am too realistic to expect it. I did mis-treat the system for about a month. I started the installation and set off the very loud internal sounder (I think through a tamper alarm) and shut the control box to stop the alarm. Then I discovered that I had dislodged the data wire to the connector block on the PCB. Because of lack of time, I left the system like this rather than commit to sorting the fault(s). During this time, the keypad would give an occasional quiet beep - presumably looking for data. I have a new 9651 PCB (I left the original one in place) and I also have a new 9943 keypad which is installed but not connected to the PCB yet. Either of these could be brought into use if you think the fault could lie in the installed units.

hello, im looking for a new larm system. i am building a new house right now and want a wire larm in it. not wierless. i also want to oversee thing in the house with like Hidden or discret cameras. do you have anyting for me? i also want to control the larm by my phone, oversee the alarm and get email or sms when something hapends. the larm system should have4 or 5 cameras, 4 or 5 motion detektors , if its imposseble to have de cameras inside the detektors that skuld be great. it also need 12 magnetic contacts. and if its possible, not necessary but if its easy. i want a passage system outside the out door and a electrical lock so you can open with a tag or a code. i also want som somke detektor in the larm.

Hi, I have an ADE ID Ultimate alarm panel and connected devices, plumbed into my property. The panel has been doing some weird things of late, I have replaced the battery and checked all the fuses but still it's giving me grief. Do you have any suitable alternatives that work off the same kind of 4 wire technology to save having to re-wire the house. I have both of the 30 channels enabled but I don't have 60 items connected, I tried to split off the fire detectors from the rest of the alarm devices. Cheers,
