I am a designer who has redecorated a flat in London. During work the frame around the white BPT nova intercom has been mislaid. Please can you quote me to replace the white surround frame as soon as possible?

I hope you can help please. I have a simple set up of electrically powered gates with an intercom from the house to the gates. Various bits have needed to be replaced over the years so I cannot accurately describe the components. My problem is that the intercom no longer works properly. We found with some research that the entry and receiver volumes could be adjusted within the HA/200 entry module. Now with both set to maximum we can hear from the gates to the house (with some distortion and background noise), but not the other way. (The press buzzer works properly.) hi ,the school where I conduct maintenance has a Videx door entry system VX800-2L that has a defective audio unit.I have noticed an audio speaker unit with two push to speak buttons within your products. My question is would this unit be suitable for a replacement and is there a similar unit with just one button on .

We seem to have a Videx VX 800 and the buzzer button seems to get stuck ever so often; can't hear it inside the house; where can I get the access key to check what's wrong.....can only be a loose connection or something......or??? please advise..........any ideas will be very welcome.........thanks

I'm installing a stand alone door access system and need to know if I use a max reader, would I be able to operate this with the existing key fobs used to operate the intruder alarm max reader. The reader contolling the door would have no connection with intruder alarm system at all.

I have a playcentre which has the Videx ART836M external unit and two internal phones. The ambient noise within the playcentre is loud therefore the external call cannot be heard and we are losing business, as people cannot gain access to the centre. I would like to add two internal sounders (one beside each handset to boost the call signal when the external button is pressed, in addition when we pick up the internal phones the reception to external is poor. Please advise as soon as possible.

Hi, We have one of your door entry system at the front and back of our building. When our security night shift patrol the building, the buzzer system is linked to a remote Pager, which beeps when the entry buzzer is pushed. The make of The Beeper is Ascom and it has stopped working altogether. Can you please advise me where I can order another one from and if I order another one will the link still be there between the front door and the new beeper? This will momentarily make or break when beam broken , do you have a timer device that would allow a moments trigger , to allow an alarm to sound for a period ( eg 2 mins or whatever )

can you give me the dimensions for the above lock? Is the .9 amp a peak current as il be using the 1 amp elmdene supply? Also is it designed for recessing like normal solenoid locks (ie not a magnetic lock which is bulky) I want to recess it into door frame directly above door centre.

I want to replace a white plastic audio handset in my hallway which controls outside gates. I have called BPT and they have told me that the replacement in their range is the Lynea YC200. However this does not look good. Ideally i am looking for some "stainless steel" finish or something a bit more modern.I do not want to replace the complete system. Is there a handset or panel that is more modern that is compatible with the BPT system?

Hello. I'm after a low cost proximity tag / keyfob access control system. I need to control a single main door to the premises and have people "swipe" in and out (so a reader each side of the door). The system needs to know who is in the building so that a roll call can be generated in the event of a fire alarm. I believe the ACTpro series might be able to do this? I'm unsure though exactly which controller I'd need to go for as I don't want to spend more than necessary.

Hello. I am enquiring about the Videx 3011 handset. I am wondering if this handset is suitable for all Videx door entry systems? I am an NHS Occupational Therapist working in North London and have a patient who needs an extension of her current system as she is unable to reach the handset already in her flat. I was called out to a small block of flats last week where the entry phone system is not working - fault appears to be microphone at the main door as everything else works fine. It is an art 832.0 4+1 I believe. Just need some help identifying and sourcing a replacement part. Regards

Please can you give me some information regarding the act pro 3000. We have a heath club at the moment all member join online once there join there are give a 6 dig pin number this is all done automatable. At the gym we have a turnstiles with an act 10 key pad link to an act pro 1000 controller with is than attach to a pc. The we now face is the act pro 1000 is no good as we have more than a 1000 members so we can not release no more pins also it has a fault so being repair at the moment. what does it mean by monitored mag strike will it work with an act standalone proxy unit

We have recently ordered the 3K1S from your online store. We then noticed the next item (3K1S-DC). I think we may of needed to order the last item. Could you explain the difference? It would appear to be a different PSU supplied? We just need a wall mountable PSU to power the Videx door intercom and also a door release. I assume the item we have ordered is for a DIN rail and we just need a wall mountable PSU?

Does this kit come with an electric release lock please?

I already have the OXIBD plugged into my Robus sliding gate unit and was looking to upgrade to these remotes from the older ON2E ones I have, will this mygo4 fob work with my existing OXIBD receiver?
