We require a Videx ART.522 transformer (or possibly VI505) to replace one that has packed in. 240 to AC 13V and 15VA. Please could you tell me if you can supply these and the price.

We Have a BPT system installed at our main entrance and i would like to change the access code as we have had a member of our team leave recently. We have no documentation to follow to allow us to change the code. Please could you assist in this matter.

I'm installing a stand alone door access system and need to know if I use a max reader, would I be able to operate this with the existing key fobs used to operate the intruder alarm max reader. The reader contolling the door would have no connection with intruder alarm system at all.

Just moved into house with ESP Enterview 5 and bell only sounds on the outside unit, no ring internally, so very hard to hear. Is that normal? Alternatively if I want to replace it with a newer ESP model using installed PSU what would you recommend and would the new one sound inside or do they need plugin or wired extenders?

Hello, The company I work for has purchased a Eur-108x tag reader and we are having difficulties with adding a new tag to the system. The problem is that we cannot pair the new tag with the reader. Do you have any information that could possibly help us out with this situation?

we are currently experiencing a fault with the outside video door entry system the buzzer work the picture is working too, however when it's activated we seemed to be getting a loud feedback noise outside only I have changed the outside video system but are still having the same problem.

i have been looking on your website at the videx access systems and am struggling in working out what i can buy to add to my system to make the system work better for us. I currently have an 800 one button/ amp module in a surface mounted frame, this is connected to two phones on different floors in the building which allows us to unlock the door. There is also a seperate keypad that allows coded access. We, at the Swindon *********** *** have a 2000 Series access system, for our 1200 members, unfortunately the Card reader on the above appears to have broken down, with no 12v power supply to lock release. dear sir have just instoled a single door access control keypad with with a remote exit switch ,i have a problem wit h programing the key pad ,i have followed the instuction but with no sucees the remote exit switch works fine

hi the button on my videx unit has broken and i see there is three diferant ones on line with just one button, whats the differance / would the videx ac 800 be ok. i only have one standered phone inside withe the gate releace on it

I have a faulty act 2000 controller board on door 1. I have swapped the door inputs to circuit 2 but the door pass reader does not register teh card being used. Does the second circuit need configuring on the main system? If I replace with a new board, is it just plug and play or does the system need to be cnfigured to accept the new board?

I was called out to a small block of flats last week where the entry phone system is not working - fault appears to be microphone at the main door as everything else works fine. It is an art 832.0 4+1 I believe. Just need some help identifying and sourcing a replacement part. Regards
