I would like to purchase a new audio door entry handset as my existing one is not working correctly. I would be grateful if you could identify the model of my existing handset in order to confirm compatibility with the ones you have for sale on your website. I live in a flat and the handset is connected to a communal door entry system (can also supply a picture of this if required).

The make is Terraneo and there are some serial numbers on the inside: 1600522 and 1600525.
