Can securitywarehouse tell me what the cheapest bellbox they can find is? I was thinking of the honeywell ag6 or the esp acouta, I can only find an esp acousta for a tenner but it has a red lens and not blue. Could securitywarehouse price one up??

Hi all - first post here. Does anyone know if the Scantronic CS 430 pet immune PIR is the same as the Visonic K9-85? Wanted to buy the Visonic K9-85 on Security Warehouse but can't see it in the listings but the Scantronic is. Looks the same. As does the K9-80 with the Scantronic CS 440. I seem to remember that Scantronic and Menvier merged into one effectively but something tells me that Visonic are also with these guys too? Never ever had a problem with the K9-85's. Thanks.

Hi, i recently ordered some extra window/door sensor and an external siren for my Visonic Power Master 10 ADT Branded alarm. I have added a few sensors in the past with no problems but both door switches and the siren will not communicate with my alarm panel. When I add the device and press the auto-acquire button on the new sensor the panel tells me it is not a compatible device. So i tried entering the 7 digit number and now the panel said it is not registered on the network. Thinking it may be my panel at fault i tried to register them on a neighbours panel with the same results please advise?

The wiring diagram suggests that for multiple keypads, the wiring should be serial i.e. from alarm panel into the first keypad then onto the second. My question is can I wire each keypad back to the alarm panel independantly (in start wiring), e.g. the comms connection at the alarm panel has two wires comming from it, one to the first keypad and one to the second keypad.

Hello I need a little bit of help, I did purchase all the kit from you, my query is, what terminals do I use on my control panel to wire my sounder, Control Panel is a 9651 and the Sounder is a Texecom Odyssey 2. the examples in the installion manual don't refer to this sounder and the print is very small. I have a client who has an existing alarm system with a eurosec keypad, PR5208 rev 1.0. The keys 2 & 5 have given up working, so we need to replace just the keypad. Is the "Risco Gardtec Eurosec LCD Keypad" product that you sell the right one, or do i need the other one you sell that is for CPX and GTag? Also the original company to fit the system are no longer around, would you have a copy of the installer manual with the default master/installer code as i quite expect that taking the old pad off the wall will set off the system and as the buttons dont work i'll need to reset it all.

Hi, Im looking for a long range (reliable over 30m) outdoor motion detector to control outdoor lighting. It needs to be able to be triggered by a person or car but not trees and shrubs. I got a cheap one which picks up shrubs so my outdoor lights are constantly on and off! Thanks

Hi I need a full system. The main building requires 9 zones and there is an outbuilding within 15 yards of the main building which has mains power and requires 2 zones. I believe that for the outbuilding I need a wireless expander as I do not want to fit wireless sensors. The main building is suitable for a wired setup. I would appreciate some guidance on a suitable, cost effective control panel and accessories.

was hoping you sold the Visonic K9-85 pet immune PIR's but noticed the Scantronic CS430's that look almost identical on your listings (same can be said of Visonic K980 and Scantronic CS440). Can't remember if Cooper are now the same as Visonic but my question is, are they the same? Thanking you in advance,

I live in UK , but have a holiday home in Spain ,and need an intruder alarm ( that doesnt need a landline ) to notify me of a trigger to my mobile phone .I dont really have any permanently resident and reliable close neighbours to act as a keyholder or lookout . A sound bell/siren would not be of help or long term deterant . Need ideas of a suitable system , and outline costs .

Kind regards

Hi I need to check a couple of things... 1. If I order the "Castle Care-Tech Euro One (includes LCD keypad)" from your site - part number EUR-1024... it says you get the panel and the remote keypad - is the keypad fitted with the Prox sensor for proximity fobs? 2. If it is how many fobs come with the panel? 3. We have never fitted this panel and have tried to get the engineer/installation manual from the Castle Care Tech website and it is password protected... we have registered with them but heard nothing yet - does the panel ship with installation/setup details? 4. do you have to use the Castle Care-Tech proximity fobs, or can you programme the cheaper ADE Ho…

I'm wanting to buy a Bosch ISM-BLD1-P burglar alarm sensor, to replace a non-pet friendly sensor that is currently installed- it is a pain to keep pets out of that particular room. (The rest of the house is covered by existing ISM-BLD1-P's). The webpage mentions that there are different microwave frequencies that the detector can operate at, with each different frequency variant having a different letter at the end of the product code (F1, F3 or F4). Are you able to advise which frequency I am likely to require- are these different units? I can't find any mention of microwave frequency in any of the documentation for my current system.
