[Ticket Question] Help with a replacement keypad for a Eurosec

I have a client who has an existing alarm system with a eurosec keypad, PR5208 rev 1.0.

The keys 2 & 5 have given up working, so we need to replace just the keypad. Is the "Risco Gardtec Eurosec LCD Keypad" product that you sell the right one, or do i need the other one you sell that is for CPX and GTag?

 

Also the original company to fit the system are no longer around, would you have a copy of the installer manual with the default master/installer code as i quite expect that taking the old pad off the wall will set off the system and as the buttons dont work i'll need to reset it all.
