I bought a Texecom IMPAQPlus from you back last year and you gave me help with the wiring for double EOL, unfortunately my builders have pulled the wires out and I can't remember how to wire it, I know I had to put a wired link in, please can you remind me on how it should be wired. Thanks

I have purchase from Security Warehouse an ADE Honeywell Easy Set Unit with an ADE Honeywell Accenta Metal Gen 4. The instructions for the Easy Set provide Wiring Details for connection to a G3 and an Accenta 8 Panel, but there is no wiring and program changes for a Gen 4. How is the wiring configured and what program changes are necessary. Our Reference Secware 3 sent 19.45 on the 5th of November.

I purchased 2 M12 smoke detectors from you, which I wish to use with the Honeywell Accenta Mini Gen4 security system. The engineers manual shows 2 wires, to a smoke detector with a relay base for output to intruder system. On the M12 do I use the 0v +12v terminals or the fire zone?

I have just purchased a Texecom 4 and would like to know the connections for connecting to an Omnicron 7000 panel.

I have purchased these intems against your order number 22312. I am having problems setting up the receiver to recognise the transmitter. I have teh items to hand, connected and ready to program, The transmitter is set/connected as a mode 6.with the door switch supplied. The receiver however doe's not recognise the the transmitter. Currently it hase the yellow supervision light on with the two red zone lights flashing. Can you please advise a solution, or better still, can we arrange a time when someone can talk me through the set-up? Thanks for help and best regards,

I have installed the door contact (to replace one that ceased to operate). I have followed the "deleting" and "learning" instructions for my 500r panel and acheived the "double beep" to indicate that the panel has learned the code. However when the panel is "set", although all other sensors set off the alarm when activated, the door sensor does not activate the alarm on door opening or tamper (the led on the sensor does operate). Please advise what my next step should be.

many thanks recieved panic alarm fob today i recieved the 727r/728r i have registered te key fob to the alarm scantronic ion 16....however it does not arm or disarm the alarm i was wonderng if i had not done any thing obvious i also tried to add it as panic alarm that did not work. i was wondering if it could a faulty fob?

I have a Eurosec CP8L LCD. This has been very reliable. However I have had a new front door fitted which meant using a new surface mounted reed sensor for my entry/Exit contact wired in series with my back door sensor. I want to check my zone settings. I want to reset my entry time to 30secs, unfortunately I am unable to programme the zones, the display just keeps going back to "do you want to Program Chime" and will not allow me to proceed further to Program Zones. Have you any idea how I can get to the program zones. I have done a factory reset, ie:- disconnected the power, etc but to no avail. Have I pressed something I shouldn't have? I have had …

hi there can you please help asap i have got a pyronix bell box off you and a veritas alarm system i have installed it for my costumer and every thing works except when the alarm goes off the bell box does not the strobe works and when you take off the front of the bell box it stets off the alarm and works it self .

I have a client who has an existing alarm system with a eurosec keypad, PR5208 rev 1.0. The keys 2 & 5 have given up working, so we need to replace just the keypad. Is the "Risco Gardtec Eurosec LCD Keypad" product that you sell the right one, or do i need the other one you sell that is for CPX and GTag? Also the original company to fit the system are no longer around, would you have a copy of the installer manual with the default master/installer code as i quite expect that taking the old pad off the wall will set off the system and as the buttons dont work i'll need to reset it all.

Hi i had a scantronic 550r wireless alarm system fitted 18 months ago,great but it has gone off 15 times since then and every time it flashs rf trouble ,today it has been flashing all day .i am now to frighted to set the system , please help

currently have a Scantronic 9452 alarm system that is going off at random times when not activated. When activated the alarm goes off and the tamper light is flashing even though the alarm has not been tampered with. Also the service and fault light flash intermittently.

I currently have a wireless Scantronic alarm system which I am hoping to service myself. Currently it is flashing for a new battery. Firstly are you able to provide a new battery for the control boxes? Secondly if I open the box I assume it will go into tamper mode, are you able to advise whether I can source an engineer code?

I had scantronic 9800 alarm system installed 20 years ago, working fine, my key pad box cover is broken which covers all the key pad, there is Scantronic 9827 key pad only which is on your website it says it is now obsolete, will this key pad is same as my 9800 key pad with the cover and work same as old key pad? We have an 8 year old 4-channel SD1 unit in a holiday home in France that has recently stopped dialling out. The other functions (message record/test playback etc) appear to work. When you send a test call (put into ready & press A1 for instance) it immediately plays back the correct message over the internalspeaker 4x but does not appear to wait to detect the dialing tone, or phone out. The adjacent spurred 56V socket works with normal phone and 56V detected at SD1 phone input terminals i.e. probably not supply problem. I have fitted a wired intruder alarm system within my house and wonder if you could confirm I can install a wireless detector in an external building with a wireless receiver next to and connected to the wired system panel. If it is possible could you suggest the equipment I would need. There are spare zones on the wired panel and I would only need one zone on the wireless receiver.

My keypad has given up the ghost with some butons not working so I cannot disable the alarm with the code. I've taken off the keypad and it has 4 wires connected. It looks very simple to replace so is it simply a case of buying a replacement and installing in the same manner? When I reconnect the power and the alarm starts going, I should be able to enter my code and all is back to normal? Or is it more complicated than that? I've been quoted for a replacment & fitting but it seems such a simple job to do yourself. Do I need to be aware of anything else?

hi i have just installed this panel to an exsisting system, it has 1 door entry contact and 2 pirs 1 on the route to the panel the other at the back of the house. i conected the door contact to zone 1 the pir on route to the panel on zone2 and the other to zone 3 i am using program 1 and set zone 2 as timed inhibit the problem im having is when i do a walk test zone 1 triggers zone 3 and visa versa zone 2 triggers on its own fine. so if i set the alarm as i trigger the door contact (zone 1)before i get to the panel the alarm activates so i enter the code to silence and zone 1 & 2 are solid and 3 is flashing the door contact is only 2 wir so i cant have wired it…
