i recently purchased a lcd keypad to go with existing house alarm i want to replace a led to a lcd keypad but screen only shows accenta g4 rkp f131-01-111 and cant remove this but alarm works ok thanks dave ..... order number 22202

 

hi i have been inform that the keypad could be at vault please can you tell me how to solve this problem, the screen shows f130-01-101 from first power up but can use alarm in normal way but no info on screen ,thanks dave
