Order was placed 16-Aug-2021 and moved into "pick in progress" on 17-Aug-2021. The order appears to be stuck there for a week now and no update from Security Warehouse.

I put an order on Friday February 20th 2015, paying with credit card via a form managed by PayPal. On Monday 23Th the order was stalled because of an internal (to the company) anti-fraud policy. This policy states that the do not ship goods when the transaction has been made via a non verified paypal account. Note that I did not use any PayPal account to fulfill the payment, but just the paypal credit card payment system. I was advised to open a support ticket, which I did. The first answer to the ticket was that I could cancel the order and then re-do it paying with credit card (!) or via bank transfer. (And the amount I already payed via credit card?) Just fitted a Honeywell 8012 dual tech, on detector walk test I only see green light no yellow, it does seem to be a brighter green some times but never yellow. It does work ok at panel. I assume the led is a single colour changing and only shows one colour at a time.

Iv'e made it with a PIR and all was working well in the workshop and didn't realise that PIR's don't work through glass. Tried enrolling both the kp160 and sr730 to the powermaster pro unit but nothing..... Tried all the methods in the installation procedures but get nothing. I know it did say both units are compatible, but really.... are they?? The rest of the sensors enrolled straight away. Any help please??

I am struggling to contact the customer service and it has been more than a week I have been updating my ticket dily without any answer from the customer support. I bought a product and I suspect there might be an issue with the product, customer service have asked me to contact the manufacturer for the same. I believe securitywarehouse should be responsible to sort the faulty product with the manufacturer and not me. I have even told that I didnt like the product I want to return it back within 14 days of the purchase but they are not responding now even after me requesting the answer on the daily basis. Hi, We have a Maglock door entry system which has fail and is no longer locking. Looking at the Access Module PCB it looks like one of the Caps has died and possibly taken out some of the surface mount components around it too. Can anyone identify this board and where to get a replacement? Thanks.

I am currently turning my garage in to a bar/pool/cinema room. installing a have fair amount of electrical aquipment and want to do my best to keep it in my possesion. I don't really need something with bells and whistles. the garage is set at about 30metres down my garden and has one pretty secure window, a solid wooden door and a large garage door. i suppose all i need is motion sensor with a very loud alarm which i am thinking about installing inside the room. so that it is unberable to stay in there for any amount of time. or maybe one in and out. Also can I Also use:- ESP Fireline Combined Smoke and Heat Detectors and Base x2 (one for 1 st floor and one for ground floor near kitchen!) Good Day! I have purchased the wintex software and I got the download link to get it. However whenever I tried the download the file I get is corrupted. I used Windows XP, Linux, Internet Explorer, Firefox, Google Chrome - tried unzipping, repairing the archive and all. Kindly fix this issue as it seems that the archive you have on your server is broken. Don't know what model I have but perhaps the photos allows someone to assist ? Suspect personally the handset microphone is the issue as we cannot hear from the house at the outside front door panel. Any suggestions as to what unit I have and what I should try to solve this , short of paying someone to say it is broken and sell me another unit, of course.
