Hi,
I received delivery of the MCS-710 a week ago. Upon installation the test button sounds the siren after 5 seconds, but it will not enrol with the Visonic Powermax base. There does not appear to be any wireless transmission.

Hi Arif,
I have emailed Risco again with your address and phone number, and asked them to resend, I have also asked them to pop some in the post to me, so if you do not receive them I will go to the post office myself to send them to you. All I can do is say sorry again.

Hi Arif,
This is getting mad now, I have asked Risco to send them out Recorded Delivery for you, I have been told I've missed the post today but they will go out tomorrow.
I will have my fingers crossed, this time is successful, but I will ring them in the morning to confirm this.

Re: Quote required for the above property
Please below what we require for our building, I look forward to hearing from you with a quote as soon as possible;
Supple and Install a "BPT" four button audio door entry system with four headsets to control visitor access.
Two handsets to be installed on the ground floor, and two on the second floor. The entrance panel is to be a aluminium surface with four call buttons.
The door to be secured would be an electric release in a brass surface mount housing to work with a Yale latch.
We have an electrician who can lay a 4-pair cable from the position of each handset to the entrance panel.
I look forward to hearing from you, if you leave your name and number I will call you back
Kind Regards

Hi Tumbleweed,
The Coopers 9800 panel takes up to a 12volt 7amp battery, so I would guess it was fitted with a 12v 7amp when it was installed. If you go on the web site just type in Enersys and you will see all the battery sizes for you to choose, hope this helps with your query.

Hello cheeky,
The M12 comes with a base and is 12volts, so only for the Intruder panels, but it's a differant matter with the 24volt smokes, they have choices of bases, so are all sold separately,
so I hope this helps you with your query.
Take care

Hi Bob,

whats your order number i will check the variant you have from that.
YOu are right you will need to restore those issues. It will only function when you clear the not ready. If you check the status it will tell you which units are the problem. Or you could read the log.

Sorry i meant to add to this post to say i had sent the manual. I assume you have recieved it ok?
