Hi Security Warehouse,
I have been trying to re-commission my SD1+ after it being disconnected for several months. However, I cannot enter any 'user code' because buttons 1,2 and 3, (also A), do not respond when pressed. I would appreciate your help please.

It is a short run, so I will try it with the alarm cable first, 0.5mm second.

I bought the Prox10 kit from you, and was wondering what cable should run to the keypad/lock release. It's only 12v/1amp - does it just need something like speaker cable or .5mm T&E, or is there a "proper" spec that I should use

Hello I have a veritas control panel and key pad with a wired intruder alarm system. The power circuit tripped and now I have the \"unlock\" light flashing. Until this is sorted I cannot set my alarm. Can you help please.

Hi,
The remote keypad I have found that the number 7 is sticking in the depressed position. I have been trying to press and release repeatedly to see if it will free up. Any tips ?? Regards Jan

Hi Steven,
The brackets are now available on the web site, there is a choice of two the AFU-0004 for the Prestige range and the AFU-0006 for the standard range, so if you have a look you will need to purchase the AFU-0004 to go with your PrestigePW's.

This is my 4th 500r panel ive installed that ive bought from you.
I have problems with the new panel ive just installed, the 524r and 536r works intimately ive tried the devices on my own panel and they work fine.
Is there a problem with the 500r+ alarm panel?

Texecom stopped sending out brackets with their products last November, and we awaiting advise from Texecom to see if they are going to sell these items separately and for which of their range. Hope this helps with your query, I will let you know as soon as I get an answer if they will be available.

To stop the strobe lamp flashing I disconnected the strobe - wire at the Mini Gen4 panel.
Testing between the Bell + and Strobe - terminals with the Strobe - wire disconnected, I'm getting around 12V running on the battery & around 15V running on the Mains. Both these values are constant.
I say "around" as I still use an analogue meter.

Not install smart2\'s before just that the school as requsted the same system

Hi,
The strobe light in my Reson8 Bell Box will not stop flashing after fitting my new Mini Gen4 control panel.
I've tried everything & double, triple & quadruple checked the wiring, spent hours trying to fathom it out, but it still flashes. I've had to disconnect the -strobe wire to stop the flashing. My conclusion is that there must be a fault with my new Mini Gen4 panel.
Have you any thoughts please?

Hi,
I bought a sensor scantronic 714REUR but i not able to associate with the central Homelink 75. I followed the steps in the manual: enter the menu to acquire the unit and then trigger the tamper on the sensor. The red activity led flashes regularly but not response from central. Other sensor i bought (738REUR) work correctly

Yes we posted a packet out and Risco have sent several out direct to Arif now, but they never get to him. Risco sent some more out yesterday 1st class and some to the warehouse, so we will have spares, should this happen again.

I have been speaking to GE and they are awaiting stock of the GS611-W to come from Holland, they are now on our website for you to look at, but I'm afraid delivery will take 3-5 days before they reach us. Hope this is of help.
