  1. If using eol then you will need to link out with a resistor as suggested or disable the zone in programming. ZOne splitting allows 2 devices per circuit with identification of the device in alarm.

YOu should see wiring diagrams for std door contacts (the secware contact you have) as well as contacts with built in eol resistors.

re your soundbomb, you would normally wire that in parallel with your external sounder, ie HO+ and bell -

  2. Hi Ravis,

We are going to do that so it will help others with Paypal so they are aware that they must have a verified and confirmed Paypal account before they order with us, we do send them an email about their account be it can cause delays for them if not set up first.

Thanks for your ideas keep them coming, if it makes it easier and improves our service to you guys thats great.

    Regards

    Elaine  :)

  3. Hi

I am interested in purchasing the Scantronic Homelink 55 system for use at my private residence - this will allow me to upgrade my existing system and utilise the alarm cabling with the added ability to install future wireless devices without the need to install any further cables.

My query is this - when installing the alarm can all of the programming functionality be achieved by the use of the keypad included in the pack - or does any specialist device or software need to be purchased?

    Many thanks

    John

  5. Hi,

The CPX panel will take a 12V 7amp battery (Enersys or Yuasa) and you are best to go with 6 core cable for your dual techs, also the CPX comes with all the manuals you need, so you will be ready to go when you receive your product.

    Regards

  6. Hi David,

I will cancel your order for you and our Accounts Department will refund your Paypal,  your order was stalled due to being unconfirmed and unverified, so you will need to get your Paypal account upgraded with your details, as this may cause you problems in the future.

    Regards

    Elaine
