you need a keypad for the alarm for programming etc, the dialler will normally reside adjacent to the panel. Yes once connected to a phone line it can dial landlines, mobiles etc.

its not good practice to do this, it is possible and it will work but in the future fault diagnosis will be impossible. You would wire in series also not parallel.
you need to series the tamper return and ho -ve when using 2 bells but it sounds like the euro mini isnt suitable for your system. it may not have enough power for the size of your system.
The artnix units have a free iPhone app for live monitoring. Good solid machine with excellent picture quality.
It would be better to answer each part separately as camera choice and dvr choice need consideration.
Personally id avoid the 'kits' as these are general purpose, your camera choices will probably vary.

I would suggest there is a voltage on the circuit wire, you can use your multi meter to confirm. If you try your temp cable that will prove it to be a cable issue.
