Hi, We have one of your door entry system at the front and back of our building. When our security night shift patrol the building, the buzzer system is linked to a remote Pager, which beeps when the entry buzzer is pushed. The make of The Beeper is Ascom and it has stopped working altogether. Can you please advise me where I can order another one from and if I order another one will the link still be there between the front door and the new beeper? Does the "Videx Boxed extension sounder for Video kits and DC kits -

We have recently ordered the 3K1S from your online store. We then noticed the next item (3K1S-DC). I think we may of needed to order the last item. Could you explain the difference? It would appear to be a different PSU supplied? We just need a wall mountable PSU to power the Videx door intercom and also a door release. I assume the item we have ordered is for a DIN rail and we just need a wall mountable PSU?

can you advise please? we have had security gates fitted 200mtrs from the farm house, 4 core amoured cable plus a bt wire for the phone, the quote for the work done was for integral phones, plus an external bell to enable us to hear people at the entrance!when we are about the farm,so far the fitters have been unable to get a bell to work due to the fact they tell me its 12 volts from the bt line and the distance away won\\\'t power a bell?? can you help me please.

Hallo, I was interested in the above device. I was needing a relay that would be voltage sensitive switch. Basically I have some electric gates that will have lead acid battery backup. I want to set the system so that if the power goes off and the voltage drops below say 10v, I can use a relay trigger to open the gates and hold them open. Can the voltage trigger on this relay be set to a specific voltage in this way?

i have been looking on your website at the videx access systems and am struggling in working out what i can buy to add to my system to make the system work better for us. I currently have an 800 one button/ amp module in a surface mounted frame, this is connected to two phones on different floors in the building which allows us to unlock the door. My elderly mother lives in a sheltered accomodation flat link to a mutiple door phone call and entry system The phone and entry system in her flat is near the front door and a long walk ( for her ) from the lounge Is a remote control possible that she could have near her in the lounge and whart would happen to the current one which she wants to keep Or is there another alternative please She has recently had a fall and getting up fom the lounge etc is a problem

I was called out to a small block of flats last week where the entry phone system is not working - fault appears to be microphone at the main door as everything else works fine. It is an art 832.0 4+1 I believe. Just need some help identifying and sourcing a replacement part. Regards
