Do you do the optex detectors with optional heaters?

Having received my domonial kit it had no instructions with the panel. I've spoken to Honeywell and they have emailed a copy but it seems to suggest that I need some programming software to program this panel... There isn't any with my pack. Can someone please tell me what's going on?

Do you supply a vandal resistant keypad that has either a USB or RS232 interface. USB is preferred. I think that the Storm 1000 keypad does have an RS232 output. Can you confirm this,and could you get stock of this item if you do not already ? Thanks in advance.

I have a domonial Crt 800 ++I have a problem with setup of the alarm system becourse I do not have the installation software. I thought it was enough to buy the TCU4-800M but I can not get the alarm system to work together. I need to replace 2 brown sensors for white sensors. The sensors I have are GS612 and a GS620 I believe. My front door is as previously fitted a normal opening door. The rear door has been changed from a sliding door to french style opening doors. Both doors also have magnetic opening strips in addition to the shock sensor. Can you tell me what the differences are between the sensors? Do they use the same wiring? Should I be changing them like for like?

We have a scantronic 9448 alarm system and have recently had a new front door fitted. The original door was solid wood and had a door sensor fitted into the top of the door. Our new door is upvc and we require a flush fitting sensor which can be connected to the existing wiring. Please advise on which item we should select.

I bought a new DT7550UK2 from you last week to replace an existing faulty one. The existing one is a DT7550UK so assume this must be the older version. Looking at the existing wiring, it is wired as follows F1 - empty F2 - empty T1 - resistor to C T2 - yellow C - resistor back to T1 and to NC EOL - empty NC - resistor to C and blue V- - black V+ - Red Both resistors have the following bands (Brown, Black, Black, Brown, Brown) or I guess could be (Brown, Brown, Black, Black, Brown)? I have EATON SECURITY building alarm system …with Eaton Speech Dialer model TSD2-UK …however the telephone lines are now been replaced by digital phone via internet hub…so this will no longer operate. I successfully installed my SPC4320 with IR sensor and Elmdene ELM300 internal sounder. This configuration works properly today.
