[Ticket Question] Eaton Speech Dialer model TSD2-UK Replacement

Featured Replies

I have EATON SECURITY building alarm system …with Eaton Speech Dialer model TSD2-UK …however the telephone lines are now been replaced by digital phone via internet hub…so this will no longer operate. Could you please advise new EATON Speech Dialer using SIM card or other as a replacement…may need external aerial to increase range/ signal. Do you supply necessary SIM card ? If not who would your company recommend. Many thanks your support and advice is very welcome.

The current SD-LTE speech dialler maybe suitable .

Eaton Universal 4G speech dialler [SD-LTE] - £240.00 : | Best Price Promise | Security Warehouse Professional products

This is supplied / bundled in carton with a wired internal antenna (COM-ANT-01)

There is the optional COM-ANT-02 suitable for installation externally to the buildings that can be ordered separately if required.

Eaton COM-ANT-02 Comms Wifi Antenna For Com-Data Range [COM-ANT02] - £45.00 : | Best Price Promise | Security Warehouse Professional products

The SD-LTE will require a micro SIM card that is enabled for Voice services provided by the installer or their customer., this uses the 3G / 4G network

Installer or their customer can source their micro SIM from many suppliers and network operators

If this is being fitted by a professional installer / electrician they may email into technical support for guides – although the SD-LTE has a basic manual included in the box.

if you require further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.
