hi there can you please help asap i have got a pyronix bell box off you and a veritas alarm system i have installed it for my costumer and every thing works except when the alarm goes off the bell box does not the strobe works and when you take off the front of the bell box it stets off the alarm and works it self .

I am interested in the wireless detectors for my home. (outdoor) Blueline PIR Detector We live on a very large property with three large dogs in the garden. 2.What I would like to do is divide the property into 4 security zones which can be armed and disarmed independently. I was thinking of placing about 4 or 5 detectors in each zone. Could you make any suggestions? Do you think that the above detector will be right for me? On 30 April 2015 you delivered my order including Scantronic 9651 + 9943 keypad,, 2 off Guardall PQ15 PIR, plus cable and brackets. I hang my head to admit that I am only now finishing the modification to an existing system for which I ordered the parts. Cause of the change was that the original installer had run one cable to 2 back-to-back PIR, and the cable route was forced in beside central heating pipes etc and seemed to be frequent intermittent giving faults. I have resited one PIR which I replaced with a PQ15, and added an additional PIR to the system. I ran new cable to both PIR. I am about to place an order for a Scantronic 9651EN-41 (9651 c/w 9941 rkp)with a remote keypad and tags etc. You do not seem to have a Scantronic external sounder. Are all the sounders you have of othr makes compatible with this control panel?

I got a speech dialler a few months ago been, working well untill a round 2 weeks ago. it's stopped dialling out or reciving calls. I have plenty of credit phone, and the sim card works in a mobile phone. the antenna is ok no damage that I can see. do you have any ideas on what the problem is?

Can anyone recommend a simple wired alarm system with support for maybe 2 door contacts, and 4-6 PIR's. I'd like one with GSM support to SMS me when an alarm event is triggered. I purchased a Powermax plus alarm system from yourselves 3.5 years ago. Has been working fine, but I seem to have lost the Master User code, I did change them from the default. It has been working perfectly but I now need to remove a sensor from the system. How can I reset the codes. I tried the jumper reset but this had no effect.

Hi I have installed a Visonic Powermaster 30 and an LCD keypad KP250 I read in some KP-250 documents a reference to "Input Voltage (V DC) - 12" under "Power Description" section. The electronics board in fact shows "DC IN" next to a 2 pin JST H2 connector. I was wondering if: the lcd keypad can in fact be powered up from an external power source? if affirmative, what is the connector pinout (positive and negative pins)? and voltage to apply is the stated 12v? thanks in advance r.

My Pyronix vocaliser has lost it's speech but still dials out upon activation. Also I cannot edit the the numbers it dials.What is the best replacement dialer/speech vocaliser I can replace it with or would a NVM chip replacement resolve this issue?

The keypad panel on my Flex 20 is showing a series of stars. Whilst I was away we had a thunder storm which knocked out my internet (it impacted the router). It also appears to have knocked out the intruder alarm, which sat next to it. When I went to check it there was no power coming out from the panels 15v power supply. I subsequently plugged in a 12 volt one which powered up the alarm and the keypad, which is now displaying a series of stars / asterisks, and is non responsive. I assume this is because the alarm system needs 15 volts to fully function and the batteries have been completely discharged (checked the one on the control panel and it was down to…

A couple of weeks ago I bought a Scantronic 9651EN-41 (9651 c/w 9941) panel from you. Having now installed it I'm surprised that the transformer in the panel has a noticeable hum/buzz. The problem is that the panel is located in the living room rather than out of the way in the attic or similar. It is where it is because I wanted to do a straightforward replacement for a Menvier stand-alone(ie no RKP) panel that had gone on the blink, with minimum re-wiring. Is this hum/buz normal? The Menvier was totally silent.

We have had an electrician wire up the alarm and the alarm did go off when he tested it. When you set the alarm, however, it does not go off when you walk passed either of the 2 pir's fitted to the system. He has gone home and given up! any ideas??
