I Have A2Z detectors on alarm system and I would like to fit a CO2 detector also to alarm system I know A2Z no longer exist is there anything simular available you can use instead

Hi, I\\\'m after a reliable wireless system, 5 zones down stairs one of which is a gargae, 1 zone upstairs but a pir would not be suitable in this area. The sounds to be wireless operated but mains powered. I\\\'d prefer a keypad activation & deactivation. Also is there a posibility it can notfiy you via text if your alarm is going off.

The chime that comes from the KP250 keypad is pitiful, even on max setting its only just audible if your in front of it. I cant see anything in the documentation that says the indoor siren can be used as as a chime speaker. Please can someone confirm if this is possible?

have just installed my new control panel everthing working fine, just won't let me change the four digit code, have gone through the instructions given in user manual but it still only lets me use the factory set code to set the alarm,could you please give me some advice to correct this problem.

Hi, how is this alarm armed and disarmed? Does the alarm come with all of the parts to mount it to a wall? How loud is the alarm? We have an external light which sometimes comes on at night if our neighbour walks into his garden, would this light coming on at night time trigger the alarm? i look forward to hearing from you.

I have a Simon3 alarm 433mhz and was wondering if your advertised sensor (Risco wisdom wireless door sensor 433mhz sensor)will work as a replacement and should the simon3 alarm learn this new sensor?

Hi, I have recently installed electrically operated automatically opening curtains. These are triggering my alarm if it is set when the curtains open. Can you recommend a different PIR to the one above which will get around this problem please? Thanks

I purchased 2 M12 smoke detectors from you, which I wish to use with the Honeywell Accenta Mini Gen4 security system. The engineers manual shows 2 wires, to a smoke detector with a relay base for output to intruder system. On the M12 do I use the 0v +12v terminals or the fire zone?

I’m currently considering renewing my current wired alarm system (9450) and increasing the zones to at least eight, as offered in the Secware ADE LCD Accenta 3x Optex Saver PIR starter kit. I’ll be exchanging the external bell sounder which this kit appears to accommodate all those requirements, I’d also like to exchange my two battery operated smoke sensors to wired units. What can you suggest or recommend any other?

Hi, My G2-20 is set to EOL and all the other sensors I have purchased from you have had EOL built-in. I guess the Activ8 BG I purchased does not. Can you confirm how I should wire this to my Honeywell Galaxy G2 panel. I have two zones spare that I'd like to use for the motion and the break glass feature of the Activ8. I guess I need to wire a 1k resistor between two of the terminals but not sure which ones. Terminal 1 & 2 - Tamper T 3 & 4 - R-PIR (normally closed) T 5 - EOL T 6 & 7 - R-MIC (normally closed) T 8 - +12v T 9 - GND Many thanks.

Hi, I had some problem getting the SMS work with the service provider here in sweden and therefore I'am thinking about using the internet and try to avoid using an ordinary alarm central. 1 Do you have any equipment I can use to send alarms via internet from my alarm panel? 2 Is there any crude variant where I can let the alarm call my mobile and I can get some status and maybe even control the panel with my mobile phone? Hi informa bought with accenta poly gen4 (LCD Keypad) on 23 March. Alarm installed ok. Informa wired as per instructions. Programmed phone number and recorded message. When testing, you can hear number being dialled on the infoma box and then shortly after you hear the recorded message but the programmed telephone does not ring. Tried it with different numbers and programmed the number on 1,2&3. When trying it with a mobile phone number, the mobile didn\'t ring but received a missed call from the unit about 5 minutes later (this didn\'t happen everytime we tried the mobile - nothing came through). thanks
