informa bought with accenta poly gen4 (LCD Keypad) on 23 March. Alarm installed ok. Informa wired as per instructions. Programmed phone number and recorded message. When testing, you can hear number being dialled on the infoma box and then shortly after you hear the recorded message but the programmed telephone does not ring. Tried it with different numbers and programmed the number on 1,2&3. When trying it with a mobile phone number, the mobile didn\'t ring but received a missed call from the unit about 5 minutes later (this didn\'t happen everytime we tried the mobile - nothing came through).
