Is this the only Guardall concentrator that you stock and if so is it compatible with the PX range of control panels?

I need a new alarm panel with voice gsm support for at least 16 hard wired + wireless. I did not know if I should get a gsm voice dialer or a new panel.

I am interested to buy one of your \"Secware Basic Full Kit Accenta, 2x PIR, 2x Contact, 1xSAB\" honeywell kits and want to add at least one fire/smoke detector to it. Two questions, a) can this be done and what detector(s) should I use. The use is in an office so probably should look at heat and smoke but toast protection not needed of course! Could do with advice on what kind of detector as there seem to be a few different technologies (ionisation etc) and I\'ve no idea which to use. Would appreciate a rapid response as I want to order today on a next day. Cheers

In some reason dialer installed at customer site is not working properly. Condition of test I did: 1) Dialler installed next to Master BT socket 2) Line is connected to "Line A" and "Line B" on the dialler 3) BT socket connected to "Tel A" and "Tel B" on the dialler 4) All devices disconnected from BT socket (eg Telephones, Card Payments Machines, Routers) After alarm is triggered I get the below in random order: 1) Sometimes I receive phone call from dialer and there is just silent for about 60sec 2) Sometimes is just message to press confirmation code. My current alarm Guardall Rascal Super is broken so needs replacing(we are using 4 programmed zones and chime). I'd like to replace the control unit unit and bellbox but use existing wiring, sensors and internal speaker. I'm looking at the MDT Avanti 8 and AG6 bellbox (current bellbox looks tatty and has no strobe). 1. Is the chime quite loud? We would like to hear if someone enters the house from the other side of the building. 2. The Rascall Super system is 12v and I think the Avanti 8 is 13.8v, will our existing sensors work with the new control unit?

Do you do the optex detectors with optional heaters?

Was wondering if anybody has detail for the Scantronic Plug-in footprint used by the 960? I wanted to hook this speech dialer up to an alarm that does not have the Scantronic footprint. If I could get hold of the spec for the two connectors of the 960 I could then jury rig a connector (or spade terminals) to tease out the 4 standard triggers as well as the line fail signal. I could also take care of any other inputs that need to be dealt with. Any ideas? I've done an extensive web search for detail of the footprint but have not found anything. Thanks John

Does the Texecom SPEECH DIALLER Text Alerts system send texts directly i.e. when the intruder has already cut all the BT lines & broadband etc, will it still work - does it have a SIM card?

I have a set of garages with two alarms installed that both join to a single masterblaster in the roof. I want a dialer that rings me or another member of the family if the alarm is triggered or the power is cut on the system. Sorry, I'm not very technical, but can the GSM dialer be connected in the roof space on the same wires as the masterblaster? Obviously the masterblaster will not work if the power goes down and so I wanted an autodialler as a back up. If so how much wiring would be needed and is it straight forward?

I need to buy one of the Texecom Premier Elite alarm panels (plastic case) and wanted to know if they have the latest Firmware v4.02 on them. My current Premier Elite 24 met with a slight accident after a mains power surge and it's destroyed it, so I want to replace it with an identical model. We're about to install an Accenta Mini Gen4 with conventional intruder detectors, remote keypads and an external bell sounder. We will also have a number of Menvier M12 smoke detectors on Zones 7 & 8 for 24-hour fire detection. If Zones 7 & 8 trigger, we're expecting the Accenta to display an appropriate alarm on the RKPs and do 2-sec on / 2-sec off signalling on the external bell box. If possible, we also wish to fit an all-in-one sounder / strobe unit in a specific room to ensure that the occupants understand that the "bells that they can hear ringing in the distance" are indicating a fire alarm (and that they should evacuate). Hi, I\\\'m after a reliable wireless system, 5 zones down stairs one of which is a gargae, 1 zone upstairs but a pir would not be suitable in this area. The sounds to be wireless operated but mains powered. I\\\'d prefer a keypad activation & deactivation. Also is there a posibility it can notfiy you via text if your alarm is going off.

Can i install the com-ip module and com-gsm module together? I have the texecom elite premier 48. (V2.02) I want the com-gsm just to sent sms messages when an alarm occurs. I would like to install the com-ip over wan to use with the ios apps. Is this possible?

re: Honeywell Intellisense IS215T. We would like to replace all motion sensors in our house with the IS215T. There are approximately 20no. Can we simply buy these and connect up to existing wiring? Do we need a new control box?

I have a Visonic Powermax Wireless Alarm system installed. After changing the batteries on some of the PIR sensors, the system keep calling me at random saying "tamper alarm". Can somebody please advise how to clear all of the error messages so the system stops calling me.
