pyronix v10 enforcer - screen display timing out? it only illuminates when i press the keypad

i can't find anywhere in the settings for the display to stay on?

i went to screen display and everything is selected YES

after a while it times out until i press the keypad...

can anyone help

    yes the control panel display, in the past it was always visible with the time and the name 'enforcer' - not sure if i turned it off by default somewhere
