Really need some help before I loose all my hair. Trying to set up premier 24 with 4XP expander. No matter which setting I use for the Address switch I can't get the expander to register as installed, just as 1 or 2 extra keypads. Any Ideas? Thanks in advance

Hi, Will I have any compatibility problems if I buy the controlpanel (powermax+ or powermax pro) from sweden and all the sensors from UK? I would like to have the speech and text in swedish. Pyronix V2 GSM. I have 4 different voice messages on 4 different inputs. On activation of any input the first number is dialed, answered and accept code submitted.When the call is ended the dialer recalls three more times with the other three messages and the accept code has to be entered for all three.How do I stop the dialler making 4 calls for everyone alarm

i have the optex ax 130t beam system, but unfortunetely the plastic cover is damaged on one of the units. Can I buy a plastic cover only for this unit from you guys??

I am interested to buy one of your \"Secware Basic Full Kit Accenta, 2x PIR, 2x Contact, 1xSAB\" honeywell kits and want to add at least one fire/smoke detector to it. Two questions, a) can this be done and what detector(s) should I use. The use is in an office so probably should look at heat and smoke but toast protection not needed of course! Could do with advice on what kind of detector as there seem to be a few different technologies (ionisation etc) and I\'ve no idea which to use. Hi! Can anyone give me a reason to why my PowerMax+ have started to set off "Trouble alarms". Almost the same alarms every time. I need guidance in what to look for. When I check the log, it shows: * System jammed * Line Failure * AC failure (only the first time and the power were on all the time) and then * RF Restore So far it has happened twice in a month. Both times when the alarm is off (the first time the alarm were set off half a minute after disarming the alarm from HOME setting, the second time about 30 min after disarming AWAY. I bought a new DT7550UK2 from you last week to replace an existing faulty one. The existing one is a DT7550UK so assume this must be the older version. Looking at the existing wiring, it is wired as follows F1 - empty F2 - empty T1 - resistor to C T2 - yellow C - resistor back to T1 and to NC EOL - empty NC - resistor to C and blue V- - black V+ - Red Both resistors have the following bands (Brown, Black, Black, Brown, Brown) or I guess could be (Brown, Brown, Black, Black, Brown)?
