i have the optex ax 130t beam system, but unfortunetely the plastic cover is damaged on one of the units. Can I buy a plastic cover only for this unit from you guys??

I am interested to buy one of your \"Secware Basic Full Kit Accenta, 2x PIR, 2x Contact, 1xSAB\" honeywell kits and want to add at least one fire/smoke detector to it. Two questions, a) can this be done and what detector(s) should I use. The use is in an office so probably should look at heat and smoke but toast protection not needed of course! Could do with advice on what kind of detector as there seem to be a few different technologies (ionisation etc) and I\'ve no idea which to use. i'd like to fit an alarm system into my double garage but am not sure which is the right kit to fit. I've installed a Texecom into my house which i'm very happy with so ideally would like to use their kit again if possible. I'd like to keep the house and garage system completely seperate. Hi! Can anyone give me a reason to why my PowerMax+ have started to set off "Trouble alarms". Almost the same alarms every time. I need guidance in what to look for. When I check the log, it shows: * System jammed * Line Failure * AC failure (only the first time and the power were on all the time) and then * RF Restore So far it has happened twice in a month. I bought a new DT7550UK2 from you last week to replace an existing faulty one. The existing one is a DT7550UK so assume this must be the older version. Looking at the existing wiring, it is wired as follows F1 - empty F2 - empty T1 - resistor to C T2 - yellow C - resistor back to T1 and to NC EOL - empty NC - resistor to C and blue V- - black V+ - Red Both resistors have the following bands (Brown, Black, Black, Brown, Brown) or I guess could be (Brown, Brown, Black, Black, Brown)? Hi, I have a fully wired house system. I need to add another zone to a remote building, a garage, and to run a cable is not really possible. Can you recommend a wireless add on Tx/Rx. The zone will have just two door contacts which can be wired in series. the garage does have mains power if required. The garage is about 80 feet from the panel and has direct line of sight, that is to say no major structures to weaken the signal. many thanks

I would like to know if for the time beeing offered kits are working in the 868 Mhz frequency band and have phone (dig/analog ?) interface. Also if 1 (one) piece of a 868 Mhz Powermax+ kit can be delivered to Germany (paying by PayPal). They are respectevely specified with a weight of 0,2 or 6 Kg; how much would cost dispatching+delivery to Germany for each.

We have a Visonic WR200 (418) receiver that in turn connects a hardwired alarm panel; this receiver is used to link another panel in a separate garage. We
