Re: Pyronix Deltabell Plus External Sounder Module Grade 2 Hi I have a dummy rear box. Could I simply connect 12V to this and make it light up my box at night together with the 2 LED flashers?

We are looking for a fully wireless, self install inturder system for our Gardeners Yard, we would need a few internal motion detectors and door contacts and some external gate contacts, we also would want some external sirens. We do have some power in the building for the base, but no internet and very little 4G signal., Is this something you can advise on?

Hi, I recently fitted a scantronic panel and key pad for my parents after there old alarm system went faulty, I could do with some help programming the Scantronic: 1) Door chimes I am unsure weather this has to be activate in the engineers menu and how ? 2) Part Set for night time, I am also unsure how to disable the landing PIR and make it so they have time to access the key pad down on the hall way that is covered by another PIR. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

i have recieved the Sterling LCD keypad today it looks like i have been sent the latest LCD pad and my pad is approx 7yrs old. Is it compatible?

i recently purchased a lcd keypad to go with existing house alarm i want to replace a led to a lcd keypad but screen only shows accenta g4 rkp f131-01-111 and cant remove this but alarm works ok thanks dave ..... order number 22202 hi i have been inform that the keypad could be at vault please can you tell me how to solve this problem, the screen shows f130-01-101 from first power up but can use alarm in normal way but no info on screen ,thanks dave

I would be grateful if you could help me. My system has a Flashguard Exterior Sounder Unit 1164 with Xenon Flashing light and electronic sounder connected to a Franzen 3000, installed in 1987. I have bought an Optima Compact Gen4 Intruder Panel, and have got the strobe working but not the sounder. 'Old' connections were as follows:- Flashguard Franzen Connector Function connected to Connector A -ve Hold Off Charge - B -ve Switched Sounder Output S- C Tamper not connected D +ve Hold Off Charge + E not connected F -ve Tamper Return R- Could you please advise me how to connect the Flashguard to the Optima Compact Gen4? I ordered a Visonic PowerLink2 (9-101070) hoping it would be compatible with my power master 30 but it doesn't seem to be. Can it be? If not which one is to connect my master 30 to the Lan?

What is the difference between Grade2 & Grade3 Sounders

I'm looking for the ProMax / Visonic Complete system, preferably in a kit, but I can't seem to find it at your site. Is this system something you are selling or do I need to look somewhere else? If you do, can you please point me where to find prices and so on. I'm also wondering about the price on the Visonic PowerMax Pro system. You seem to have very competative pricing on the other stuff your selling, so that's why I'm interested.

I currently have a FreeWave alarm for my detached garage and shed. Working fine but I want to use more wired sensors than the 4 that this allows. Could you advise on an alternative panel? I need 8 wired zones, no wireless, as its for a garage I must be able to arm/disarm remotley with a keyfob from the car and I need the monitoring terminals.

I currently have a Visonic MCR-304 receiver used with a MCT-320 Magnetic Contact Transmitter on a door. The MCR-304 has developed a fault and I believe this item is no longer available. I was looking at the Pyronix UR2-WE as a possible replacement. I appreciate I will need to replace the magnetic contact transmitter; is there a compatible device and will the Pyronix UR2-WE be suitable. The MCR-304 is connected to a Texecom Premier Elite 24 and uses the 12 volt from the alarm. Many thanks

have purchased a Honeywell DT7450UK2 motion sensor for use in a conservatory and having received it am unsure of its compatability and wiring requirements. My security system is 12v however the wiring information states 24vdc for tamper and alarm. Please advise.

Hi I bought a Visonic PowerMax + in April Now the voice module is not working properly It seems to have lost a part of the century, so you can not hear what it says Have tried resetting the device it does not work either Now I do not know what to do hi my English is not the best so I will try as best explanation I can when you activate the alarm says larming away please exit now but you only hear the beginning of a word and nothing more so all the alarm would say is not there
