hi , I have a warehouse building (vehicle workshop) with cars parked at teh entrance needed some advice as to which product you sell that can be used to notify me of human entry into the entrance area with cars parked in the entrance gateway , Also am thinking of installing CCTV , preferably high definition to observethe yard next door. Hi, I purchased a Scantronic 9651 from you in July. I have now noticed that in Eng Mode all IR and Panel tampers are taken out (as expected) allowing me to access the components, but having just taken the external siren cover off the bell rang immediately. It may be that this is correct but I was not expecting this (other panels I have installed eliminate all tampers in Eng Mode, inc the Bell). I would appreciate it if you could advice me if this is correct. Also, if it is correct is there a way to avoid the bell going off during maintenance of the system. I purchased a Powermax plus alarm system from yourselves 3.5 years ago. Has been working fine, but I seem to have lost the Master User code, I did change them from the default. It has been working perfectly but I now need to remove a sensor from the system. How can I reset the codes. I tried the jumper reset but this had no effect.

Is the 9448 manual the same or similar to the 9448+ manual as I need to gain access to the panel without it going into full alarm. Or can anyone tell me how this can be done. I have installed many Optimas over the years but never got involved with Scantronic.

If I order the "Castle Care-Tech Euro One (includes LCD keypad)" from your site - part number EUR-1024... it says you get the panel and the remote keypad - is the keypad fitted with the Prox sensor for proximity fobs? 2. I'm looking for a replacement for my Response SA5 which I have had installed from a previous property on a 'temporary' (5 years!) basis whilst I finish a self build house project. I now have around 16 separate, hard-wired door/window contacts and I want a new system that allows them to be individually monitored. I bought a Visonic TOWER-20AM MCW Outdoor Motion Sensor on your web site in November 2012 and I had 4 false errors in the last 2 days. The message that I received on my phone each time is IRP MASKED ! First time I was home and nobody was outside in the Sensor area. The Sensor worked fine for more than 6 month and nothing change on the configuration. I don’t know what to do, could you please help me with that or explain me who can help me ?

Hello I have a Honeywell Galaxy Dimension Alarm system, with the plastic housing RF module and a mk7 keypad fitted. I am looking to upgrade to Galaxy Flex to make use of the App, and also the mk8 keypad. My current system has several faults I cannot clear, and unfortunately my Alarm installer has gone AWOL and he has changed the default engineer codes. Can you please advice me on what system i shall use? I'm out after an alarm system that has at least 3 zones (1 for intrusion, 1 for fire, 1 for water leakage) for a 2 story house, preferably which own output channels and which is possible to connect to the internet. Maybe for intrusion i should have 3 zones, like inside, perimeter and outside? Sensors i will need are: Burglary (movement - with windows breakage?), fire sensors and water leakage sensors to put in sensitive areas. Having just been burgled I have purchased a KX15DATM pir from you to replace a failing unit from a different manufacturer. The existing unit is connected via 6 cables - 2x Tamper, 2x Relay and 2x 12v. Do you know what connectors the cables need to be screwed into on the KX15 please? I may also have to change some of the dip switches? The control panel is an Accenta 8.

Hi-I have recently bought a house with an installed intruder system which appears to have a fault on the panel pub. The system is a sterling unti but with no other distinguishing identifiers system installed in 2007 and the documentation identifies it as compliant with EN50131-1 security grade1. It has 8 programmable zones and 2 programmable outputs. It's connected to 2 LCD keypads( which are identified for use with nllcdkit) I am looking for a replacement pub or a complete replacement control panel Can you recommend a unit and advise a good quality replacement

How do I change the bell time on a honywell ADE gen4 alarm panel, as Page 25 of the engineer's guide is next to useless, do i need to be in engineer mode? I would like to set the time to about five minutes.
