I'm looking for a replacement for my Response SA5 which I have had installed from a previous property on a 'temporary' (5 years!) basis whilst I finish a self build house project. I now have around 16 separate, hard-wired door/window contacts and I want a new system that allows them to be individually monitored. On top of that, I'd like to have 6 or so wireless zones for possible future expansion eg garden shed etc. The next requirement is to have a built in voice dialer. Lastly, I want to be able to access the system via the internet in the event of an alarm so I can interact with it - switch it off, see which zone has been triggered etc. I already have s…

Having just been burgled I have purchased a KX15DATM pir from you to replace a failing unit from a different manufacturer. The existing unit is connected via 6 cables - 2x Tamper, 2x Relay and 2x 12v. Do you know what connectors the cables need to be screwed into on the KX15 please? I bought a Visonic TOWER-20AM MCW Outdoor Motion Sensor on your web site in November 2012 and I had 4 false errors in the last 2 days. The message that I received on my phone each time is IRP MASKED ! First time I was home and nobody was outside in the Sensor area. The Sensor worked fine for more than 6 month and nothing change on the configuration. I don’t know what to do, could you please help me with that or explain me who can help me ?

Hi, We have one a 'Gardtec 800' system installed in a premises in Dingle, County Kerry, Ireland. We need to order a new Keypad for the system, as the display is not functioning correctly. It is a 6 wired keypad. Could you recommend a keypad, or would it be best to completely replace the control box and keypad panel? If we could get your advise on the above it would be much appreciated.

I am quite new to wiring intruder alarms. I just purchased the H-well ADE Accenta 4 x PET PIR Starter Kit and have the following questions: 1. My current intruder alarm has an internal siren and a strobe both in serial connection to a PIR. Is this possible with the H-well kit or do they both have to have their own wiring? 2. According to the H-well Engineer's Manual the strobe should be connected with yellow, white, green, red and black. What about the blue? 3. I have an internal siren which is connected with 6 core cable but extension speakers should be connected with 2 wires according to Engineer's Manual. What do I do? 4. 6 core wiring in general. Does it matter wh…

Hi-I have recently bought a house with an installed intruder system which appears to have a fault on the panel pub. The system is a sterling unti but with no other distinguishing identifiers system installed in 2007 and the documentation identifies it as compliant with EN50131-1 security grade1. It has 8 programmable zones and 2 programmable outputs. It's connected to 2 LCD keypads( which are identified for use with nllcdkit) I am looking for a replacement pub or a complete replacement control panel Can you recommend a unit and advise a good quality replacement

Hi there I have an MCR-304 + 3 x MCT-303's in my basket. 2/. From your experience in the field what is the effective range. In my application I have a fair amount of brickwork through which the RF must travel - probably about 15M to the furthest 303 and about 3 x 9" conventional brick walls. 3/. Are the 303's 'supervised transmitters'. Thanks.

I am planning to import a comprehensive Visonic Power G2 System with many detectors into Germany. I understand that all components of the system have to be UK components in order to be compatible. Before ordering I need answers to the followings questions: Can the language of the Power Master 30 panel be changed from English to German? Will the Power Master 30 panel with the GSM-350 PG2 and the Powerlink 3 modules be able to communicate with Visonic’s PowerManage IP/GPRS-based Security Management Platform installed at a German central monitoring station? Will the alarm data and other data transmitted by the Power Master 30 panel to the CMS also be in German? Would I hav…

Hi I need to check a couple of things... 1. If I order the "Castle Care-Tech Euro One (includes LCD keypad)" from your site - part number EUR-1024... it says you get the panel and the remote keypad - is the keypad fitted with the Prox sensor for proximity fobs? 2. If it is how many fobs come with the panel? 3. We have never fitted this panel and have tried to get the engineer/installation manual from the Castle Care Tech website and it is password protected... we have registered with them but heard nothing yet - does the panel ship with installation/setup details? 4. do you have to use the Castle Care-Tech proximity fobs, or can you programme the cheaper ADE Ho…

I am interested in the wireless detectors for my home. (outdoor) Blueline PIR Detector We live on a very large property with three large dogs in the garden. 2.What I would like to do is divide the property into 4 security zones which can be armed and disarmed independently. I was thinking of placing about 4 or 5 detectors in each zone. Could you make any suggestions? Do you think that the above detector will be right for me? Next, I would like to hear your opinion about the receivers and/or control panel that I would need? The control panel (alarm system) should be armed and disarmed by using a remote control. My other concern is that we often experience po…
