hi there i have an old karizma plus id system that i would like to replace with out replacing the original detectors and id biscuits i have been told that the texecom premier systems will work with the old id biscuits. Please can you tell me if that is correct and what i would need to purchase for it to work?

I'm looking for a wired door contact that is compatible with the GD04. It will be on a shed door. Do you stock a compatible item?

I have problem where the dialer will dial out when made to do so through test setup/Engineer mode no problem but doesn't dial when the alarm is activated. Is this Informa faulty?

my customer has a accentra mini 8 alarm system, the external sounder appears to be faulty. Can you supply a replacemnt sounder. If so can i replace old with new wire for wire without instruction? The existing sounder has security alarm with a man climbing through a window logo on it. hope this helps?

I recently purchased a Scantronic 9651 alarm control unit from Security Warehouse; I installed the unit but when I initialised it, it came up with \'Zone Flt\' on all 8 zones; this error is not included in the insstallation manual. I need to speak with someone to establish if the unit is faulty.

my neighbour has an old ati 6000 alarm system, he has the box under the stairs with a piezo buzzer next to power then 2 wires one to bell and one to keypad at door with 3 wireless PIR's. i was thinking of changing it over to ADE Honeywell Accenta Mini Gen4 with LCD Keypad and a new bell box, but can this unit support wireless pir's with a receiver addon? could you detail kit required and price. Hello I need a little bit of help, I did purchase all the kit from you, my query is, what terminals do I use on my control panel to wire my sounder, Control Panel is a 9651 and the Sounder is a Texecom Odyssey 2. the examples in the installion manual don't refer to this sounder and the print is very small. In november i bought a texecom bell box off you and its just stopped working. the rest of the alarm is functioning fine. when enter the eng code, the 05,54321 to test the sounders everything except the bell box works. it was working fine, so could i return it please unless you can suggest something to try? all the wires inside are firmly connected.

I have just replaced a Flash Guard XL Plus with a Pyronix Belle Sounder fitted to a Pyronix Octagon panel. Flash-guard Belle 1 Tampout BT 4 Supply - B- 5 Supply+ B+ 6 Trigger BA 8 Strobe- STB Added link between TF and B- The speakers sound, the strobe works. the LED's flash and the anti tamper operates when the alarm is unset. If I put the panel in engineer mode and operate the anti tamper switch the panel does not register a tamper condition which is correct but the Belle sounder still operates which means the front panel can not be removed for testing without setting of the Belle internal alarm. …

I would like to purchase a Visonic Powerlink3 for my Powermaster10 system. Can you confirm I can use it to directly access my alarm panel remotely, rather than needing to use a Power Manage system please? I am hoping I will be able to access my panel by using the IP Address of the system.

However, there are a few questions I haven't found information about. - The system has partition support but still only can handle one partition according to the brochure.
