[Ticket Question] Texecom Panel?

Featured Replies

I want a texecom control panel that can report zones triggered(names&location), users(name&number-if possible) who armed and/or disarmed the system, power failure, battery fault and siren fault. I'll be very grateful if you have or can have such a system. My clients want to get such informations(esp. Users& zones) specifically.

power failure, battery fault and siren fault.

Do you want to report this information off site?

if so you will need a digi card that supports the sia 3 protocol.

or use a siemens panel that can do this via broadband with smartphone apps etc.

for active reporting you will need a monitoring account.

the hkc van do this via its built in speech and sms unit (Bt)

The Honeywell Galaxy range can also do this also. Simply add Ethernet or GSM module to report this off site via IP service.
