Honeywell only do the RS232 lead which is not the USB one.  Part number is A228, but you will need to buy a USB to RS232 9-Way D-Type converter if your PC only has USB serial connections. Note that the cheap converters are problematic with different versions of Windows and different PC chipsets.

 

To program with the lead you need Honeywell's RSS (Remote Service Suite) Windows software.  This costs over £200.  I don't think SW sell this, but am sure they will confirm.
