Intruder Alarms

Hi there, We purchased the above system sometime ago and have only just got around to installing it! On opening the bell box we were sold with it , it is a hardwired version. I have checked the install manual which only refers to a remote bellbox. Can you tell me which models would be compatible with our system that are available and how much they cost from your company + the postage costs. I dont suppose we can hardwire the one we have got which is a Texecom external sounder and strobe? Thank you for your help

Homelink 75 panel – before you despatch it would it be possible for me to speak to someone for advice? My panel currently runs for about 3/4 hours and then dies. When I replace the rechargeable batteries it’s fine again and when reconnected to the psu it appears to be running from the mains supply – can these psu’s repeatedly fail over the course of a few hours under load?

The systems re-starts itself making impossible to use is as it fires the alarms every time the systems re-starts. The system installation was installed about 2 weeks ago and at the beginning, about every day, at any time (middle of the night or right in the afternoon) the systems alarm was on but with NO intruder detection as the system was NOT armed. Watching the log events, every time that it fails, shows “START UP” and “MAINS OK” and the LCD Keypad shows new date and time as when start up for first time (like default factory data). been looking at your honeywell accenta gen4 mini packs which include a control panel and lcd keypad,

Hi just a quick question does the above control panel come with the ability to call or text you if your alarm has been activated or do you have to buy extra parts? As screwfix are advertising it comes with Voice alerts up to 3 telephone numbers when alarm is activated.

Does this panel support EOL sensing?

The problem seems to come from the battery supply from motherboard no power to charge battery so flat battery will the unit need to be replaced

I am quite new to wiring intruder alarms. I just purchased the H-well ADE Accenta 4 x PET PIR Starter Kit and have the following questions: 1. My current intruder alarm has an internal siren and a strobe both in serial connection to a PIR. Is this possible with the H-well kit or do they both have to have their own wiring? 2. I have just purchased a Honeywell IS3016 security alarm sensor which does not appear to work with my existing alarm system showing as a fault on the control panel. It would be very unusual for the sensor to be faulty and assume there is a compatibility issue. the only item I can think of is the EOL setting which I have not encountered before and not aware of selectivity. Can you assist me in understanding why all of a sudden a Le Sucre system is no longer working with your TC2.0e web service?
