Secware
hi,I read the specs for the cameras I purchased off you and it says the current consumption for each camera is 200mA, since I've got 4 cameras I selected a 2A swich mode PSU just to be on the safe side. From having received the cameras, I've noticed the labels on them show 12v/700mA, and it also says this is the instructions I got with them?Is this current the maximum that the camera can take or the maximum that the camera may draw from the supply?, just if that's the case I'm guessing a 2A supply would overload. Secware_Tech6
No the sticker is a worse case if all additional modules are fitted inside the unit. The do consume less than 500mA.
