  1. what about the two different panels?, does the 32WE include the option to connect to a local WIFI router to enable remote monitoring?, it's just I've had a look at the engineers manual which suggests it can but it still seems unclear whether or not there's a WIFI module available for this?, or is this already included as part of the control panels PCB?
  2. Also I've noticed that theres a number of different Pyronix enforcer wireless panels on the market the 32WE which is domestic/commercial and the V10 which is more domestic, user friendly based system?. I've noticed that the 32WE does not come with a WIFI module, but it also seems like it may have the capability built in already am I right to believe that this is the case?, if not does the 32WE panel have the option to be upgraded using the digi WIFI module or is this only compatible for use with the V10 panel?
  3. Hi, I've never actually used one of these systems before but I've got a work colleague that's recently purchased one from yourself s. three quick questions 1. Is there a cheaper alternative third party keyfob that is compatible with this system that will talk with it, I'm guessing it's probably the same as a Honeywell galaxy g2-20, or visonic powermax where you have to use the manufacture branded keyfobs? 2. If they purchased the WIFI module I understand there's apps available to monitor and control the system remotely but could they also use the apps available for there phone so it works in the same way the keyfobs do?, would this include a simple set/unset & panic button feature?. Also what would be the maximum number of phones that you could use at anyone time with this. 3. Can anyone set up the WIFI moduleso it works fully or will this be similar to a system like the honeywell galaxy g2-20 where as the person needs to be NSI certified to set up the communications module through an ark? Cheers
  4. Having a bit of a nightmare here trying to default the user codes on the Galaxy g2-20 panel, can log in with the engineers code but when I go into the users menu the only code I can change is the engineers code itself. Also been through the engineers manual in detail and theres nothing there. Ive tried a power down and power up method that worked for me before but that doesn't seem to work either. If any1s got any ideas would be a great help cheers
  5. Hi just wondering if any1 knows any web links where I can get a copy of surveillance client from, or if any1 would be able to email me a copy as an attachment?, using windows 7! Cheers Matt
  6. Hi, Recently installed a Galaxy 2-20 for a client and they said they have had trouble unsettling the system before, so went round and checked everything, front door is on a door contact and set as final door, detector near front door is programmed as exit. Now I noticed that when unsettling they leave the front door open, could this stop them unsettling the system?, I don't see why not myself?, although I did notice that he said when he unset the system he entered the code and then pressed A, which is the procedure for setting the system
  7. Hi tried what you said and still says cameras are offline? do I need to enable port forwarding on the network settings of the DVR, and Im guessing just to leave the connection type as a static IP?. Also might I need to log into the router and enable port forwarding to the IP address of the DVR on that end to?, it's a virgin media super hub. cheers Matt
  8. Hi, Bit of a simple question here but does anyone know where the default code 1234 is stored in the users menu so I can change it to something different? Cheers Matt
  9. yeah just the one that attaches to the metal enclosure and lid
  10. Hi Just had a client saying they dont want to use me because they said that they require an ISO certificate for recording is this true, are there any requirements needed to install CCTV in a commercial property?
  11. Hi, I can check this myself anyway but just to save some time, does the galaxy 2-20 microtech panel come with an earthbond already connected to the enclosure or will I need to provide my own? cheers Matt

  17. Hi, Just tried to setup remote viewing using surveillance client it pics up the ip address ok, then I add it to the group, but when I try the main view option it says the cammeras are not connected to the network, and I can't view anything, anyone know where I maybe going wrong Ive checked the ip and ports on both sides and they match. Also tried to connect using the asee app on a windows phone and it says connection failed, used ip address and mobile port number Cheers Matt

Is there anywhere where I can leave some good feedback?

  20. Camera is "SecWare HDSDI 2MP 1080P 60M IR Bullet Camera"
  21. Can't you force arm the system?, or turn the gsm off? if you look in the manual should tell you in there, I'd guess the gsm settings are in the comms section of the engineers programming menu! to clear the fault messages after you've disabled the gsm you can try to arm then disarm the system before it sets using the keyfob you might be able to find more info on the visonic site, or you can try there technical support over email they're quite helpful and should answer quite sharpish http://www.visonic.com/faq-item/security-installers
