Secware Posted September 1, 2011 Share Posted September 1, 2011 We have tried to fix the new rim lock strike but with no luck. The strike is in the open position when connected until the code is put in at which time it locks! We tried reversing the cables to the terminals on the strike but exactly the same thing happened.
