Galaxy G2-20 Defaulting User Codes

Having a bit of a nightmare here trying to default the user codes on the Galaxy g2-20 panel, can log in with the engineers code but when I go into the users menu the only code I can change is the engineers code itself.  Also been through the engineers manual in detail and theres nothing there.

 

Ive tried a power down and power up method that worked for me before but that doesn't seem to work either.

 

If any1s got any ideas would be a great help
