Recently installed a Galaxy 2-20 for a client and they said they have had trouble unsettling the system before, so went round and checked everything, front door is on a door contact and set as final door, detector near front door is programmed as exit.  

 

Now I noticed that when unsettling they leave the front door open, could this stop them unsettling the system?, I don't see why not myself?, although I did notice that he said when he unset the system he entered the code and then pressed A, which is the procedure for setting the system

The default for the panel is to only allow the prox fob to unset the system on full set entry.  To switch this off and allow for fob or code, change the option in menu 51.55.3 (Restrict Keypad)  to  0  (No).
