Hello. Do you have an Intellisense IQ260 replacement/equivalent please. I have one in my garage, after doing some refurbishment to the building I was thinking of installing an additional sensor as a single one can no longer cover the area. That is if 2 pir's be installed in the same zone/room? an 8 core cable is installed however only 1 core remains unused. If 2 can be used on same cable maybe better to buy two identical detectors and do away with the IQ260? Thank you.

Some questions, I looking for 4 pce of camera and one video recorder how can handle those cameras to record videos and save them, recording in loop so the oldest file will be deleted when the disc is full. The camera should be activated by some movement, it would be fine if the camera have some zoom lens so I can use cameras with good pic up to 20-30m, the resolution of image should be acceptable so you can see the sign of car registration on 20m. Please can you help me to fix some package with all things I need for that, and the system should be used in Sweden. I wounder if it's possible and compatibly to bay and use 4 pce of "Secware Pro Bullet IR 700TVL effio-E Camera with 2.8-12mm MP Len" together with "Secware Pro 960H 4 Channel DVR" and let each camera be activated of an external movement detector. So if I mounting 4 outdoor movement detector for all cameras and if one of the detectors will be activated all camera will start to recording video for a time. I work as electrician so I have no problem to build some system with some relays and so on. Please can you see on this and help me to get some good offer on all devices I need to have for my project.

We're looking at a comms installation at an isolated site, which will also require an intruder alarm. There will be no landline phone but we anticipate installaing a 4G router which will provide both an Internet connection (WiFi and hardwired) and a phone line. The phone line will be derived from the cellular connection and we envisage using a UPS to keep the equipment going in the event of a power outage. The preference is for something that can alert the owner to an intrusion by dialling a series of phone numbers or by using SMS rather than by using a conventional. communcator and monitoring service. Remote Web maintenance is a requirement. Preference is for a system that is not entirely wireless. I'd be grateful if you could suggest equipment that we should consider to meet the above requirement.

Hi, I purchased a Scantronic 9651 from you in July. I have now noticed that in Eng Mode all IR and Panel tampers are taken out (as expected) allowing me to access the components, but having just taken the external siren cover off the bell rang immediately. It may be that this is correct but I was not expecting this (other panels I have installed eliminate all tampers in Eng Mode, inc the Bell). I would appreciate it if you could advice me if this is correct. Also, if it is correct is there a way to avoid the bell going off during maintenance of the system. Hi, I am interested in the Visonic Power master alarm to install in a carehome I look after. I have seen one of these systems before and it seems to work well. I need the system to have two door contacts, the most important feature the home is looking for is the door chime feature so I need this to be quite loud, is it? The alarm feature will be loud enough, they always are, this will only be set at night with no PIR required as there will be movement in the house, so still just the door sensors. I have fitted a challenger model before and the chime function was nowhere near loud enough so I am hoping this is better, it did seem to be on the one I seen. If not, is there an option of another internal sounder? An external flashing sounder is not required.

I bought Honeywell DT8012F5 and IS3012 sensors with Pet immunity but when my cat with (5Kgs) jumps to a table or to a sofa or when it walk on the table, it sets off the sensor. It already happened with both types of sensors in different rooms. Do you know why this is happening with Pet immunity sensors? How can I solve this?

I have recently purchased a Secware Eco 2 Mega Pixel AHD Bullet Camera with IR from yourself and I'm having trouble getting it to work on my existing system. Thank you for the supply of the new remote keypad for my Visonic PowerMaster 10 I have registered the keypad without any problem. I started to register the prox tags but made a mistake, so deleted them. When I check the system, it clearly states 'none registered' When I try to re-add a tag, I now get the message "no free location". I removed the batteries from the keypad then I 'disconnected' the keypad from the main unit then re-registered the keypad with the main unit, hoping this would 'clear' any issues, but I still get the same message when trying to register a prox tag: "no free location" If I can't register any tags, the remote pad isn't a lot of use to me. Please help! Regards

i have bought Jablatron Freewave 4 Button wireless keyfob - white (RC-86-W) to replace old ones however when I try to programme them they are not working ? can you give any help on this matter?

On 6/4/16 I purchased an Accenta mini Gen4 and several other items from you to update an old alarm system I had in the house. Installed the above and all worked fine. Yesterday I went to replace an old PIR and stupidly I forgot to power down the system first. Afterwards neither of RKP's or any of the PIR's worked, however the bell did. There is power to the PCB as the red light is on. Is there anything I could check, or is it liable to be the end of the PCB? Yours hopefully

I bought a CQR SC570/WH Surface Contact (SC570/WH/MD/MULTI/G3) from your shop. Installation instructions are a bit unclear : to wire this contact as a single detector, it is written that one link from each row (Tamper and Switch) must be cut. But just before, they wrote that "at least" one link from each row must be cut. And there is a table which lists Texecom (I have a Texecom Premier 24 control panel) in column B. So, now I'm wondering: should I cut only column B links or should I cut all links except column B?

Hi, thinking of using the Texecom Speech and Text dialler with an Aico Ei428 relay on a smoke alarm system, the not received relay yet, but sales literature of relay says it has Volt free relay contacts, can be configured to switch up to 230V, would this dialler work with it? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. thanks
