Hi, I am looking to purchase some proximity tags / cards that will work with a Pyronix Enforcer alarm (info on the user manual says RINS1548-4 Software 9.13), I am also looking at getting an external reader to go out by the front door. Please could you let me know which products are suitable, not too expensive mind!

Hi, I wonder if you could advise – we are a children’s nursery and we have an issue with parents leaving the front door open. They leave it to swing shut but it doesn’t click securely (when shut properly it has a keypad entry). I would like to put a buzzer on it that goes off when the door is opened and stays on until it is shut again? I’ve looked at the door contact alarms but they all seem to say they have loud alarms. I just want a quiet buzz as a polite reminder rather than an alarm? Do you have any suggestions?

I recently received and installed a new videx 3011 handset, which i had ordered from yourselves. Everything on the handset seems to be working fine apart from the buzzer. Whenever someone hits the buzzer button downstairs, my handset just seems to make a faint clicking noise instead of buzzing. Is this a fault with the handset or a fault with the way i've wired it up?

I recently purchased one of these door entry phones to replace an existing one which is a Videx one but slightly different so I need to know if this model will work and how to install it?

Hi just been asked to add 3 extra hand sets to a videx intercom system model DK1S will the Videx 2 button telephone c/w AC buzzer & mute switch Model: 3102 work with this system ? thanks wes

Hi I was advised that the old round type key fob was discontinued and that the new rectangular key fob (KF-235 pg2) was a replacement. I’ve tried to enroll the key fob but it doesn’t connect. The instructions say that I have to enter the code from the key fob but the old panels don’t have that option. Is there a way to enroll without or does this have to be a return?

I am having a new composite front door fitted with upvc frame. i would like to fit a wired magnetic reed switch to the top edge of the door, so it is hidden when the door is closed. can you recommend which would be suitable to use, the slimmer the better
