Hello, The company I work for has purchased a Eur-108x tag reader and we are having difficulties with adding a new tag to the system. The problem is that we cannot pair the new tag with the reader. Do you have any information that could possibly help us out with this situation?

we are currently experiencing a fault with the outside video door entry system the buzzer work the picture is working too, however when it's activated we seemed to be getting a loud feedback noise outside only I have changed the outside video system but are still having the same problem.

We, at the Swindon *********** *** have a 2000 Series access system, for our 1200 members, unfortunately the Card reader on the above appears to have broken down, with no 12v power supply to lock release. Can you please advise if a replacement part is available. The current unit operates by cards produced by EBF Card Systems

I need to replace a videx front station, that appears to be the one button audio + code lock, and need to expand the system to a 2nd entrance, I saw a 2 door controlleer on your site, but that said it was for prox tags.. can you advise what component parts I require.. Hi, I wonder if you could advise – we are a children’s nursery and we have an issue with parents leaving the front door open. They leave it to swing shut but it doesn’t click securely (when shut properly it has a keypad entry). I would like to put a buzzer on it that goes off when the door is opened and stays on until it is shut again? I’ve looked at the door contact alarms but they all seem to say they have loud alarms. I just want a quiet buzz as a polite reminder rather than an alarm? Do you have any suggestions?

I would like to purchase a new audio door entry handset as my existing one is not working correctly. I would be grateful if you could identify the model of my existing handset in order to confirm compatibility with the ones you have for sale on your website. I live in a flat and the handset is connected to a communal door entry system (can also supply a picture of this if required).
