We are Electrical Contractors (had products from SW in the past) normally install bells only systems but we have been asked us to replace an old system. (monitoring not required)customer ideally want a hard wired system planning to use Pyronix KX15DT`s and Pyronix Databell Plus My question is what would be a suitable control panel 8 zone minimum with 2 RKP`s which will allow programming etc with a Smart or Android phone ? Just bought an apartment with the above alarm fitted. At present no one seems to able to give us the access codes rendering the unit useless to us. Is there anyone who can reset it for us and/or give some helpful advice on its use. Thanks, best regards

i was thinking that i could use some wire and connect the auxiliary input of MC-302E PG2 with a outdoor PIR sensor but i don't know if this could be done.I was thinking of the OPTEX BX80 NR (maybe if it fits i install the MC302E PG2 inside the BX80NR)cause i can't imagine a way to have my balcony covered (12x2,4m) with the TOWER 20AM PG2. Do you think i could do such a thing? or what other option i have to cover this area with Visonic compatible product ?

I have a domonial Crt 800 ++I have a problem with setup of the alarm system becourse I do not have the installation software. I thought it was enough to buy the TCU4-800M but I can not get the alarm system to work together. Is there an another way for me to program the system, or do you have the software and necessery cables to get the alarm to work.

My question is why does the battery fuse blow every time I connect the battery? The battery is being connected the right way round. I disconnect the battery, change the fuse and reconnect the battery - the fuse blows. I've been doing this with the mains power on, so not to activate the siren. Is the battery or control panel faulty, or do I need to completely power down before changing the fuse (I can't see how this would change anything)?

Our premises has a security system supplied by you (quite a while ago now) and is fitted with a Honeywell AG6 external sounder. I need to disconnect the mains as well as the battery for an extended period and, after putting in the engineer code can remove various items, but when I remove the battery, the AG6 sounder keeps sounding. How do I switch this off?

Risco Gardtec KITCP8LG2 I've a problem with one of the central units. It isn’t possible to set the number of times the bell is capable of sounding during a set period. If the system is triggered, the bell sounds always, even the third, fourth, … time when the number of bell re-arms is set to two. I've got the issue with ADE Honeywell Easy Set bought from you about 2 years ago. It requires resetting(cutting the power off) at least twice a year. Is it a known issue with these? Basically the keyfobs stop functioning and reset always helps when it happen.

I have a texecom premier which has alarmed but I cannot re set it as it looks like it may need an engineers code. Is there some way of re booting it to put it back to factory default codes. If not, rather than call out the alarm company is it possible to just replace the control panel. Do I need to replace the local lcd keypad as well. If I disconnect the control panel to replace it will the external siren go off? Regards

Hi all, I have just purchased the MCM-140+ keypad for use with an standard Powermax Alarm. When the alarm is in Enroll Keyfob mode and I press the * for two seconds, the alarm does not recognise the keypad. I have just re-enrolled all other sensors and a keyfob without any problems.
