I have a few PowerMax questions that I hope you can help me with: - Which frequency band is PowerMax+ and PowerMaxPro operating at? - How much is it for the PowerMaxPro unit (incl. GSM and Powerlink) together with 2 x keyfobs, 2 x smoke detectors and 2 x motion detectors? - Is it possible to connect a Powerlink and GSM module to to the PowerMax+?

I purchased a Aritech 4 zone analyser from your company to find it does not work correctly i.e you can bang on the window HARD around 20 times and the analyser will only just trigger and that is on max sensitivity. 2nd i never got instructions with the unit just wiring diagram and also your advert on your website tells you so many things that this unit will do but clearly it wont like pulse count adjustment and LED indicator. The only unit which does all this is the single channel GS615 which i have used for 15 years. I have an existing Accenta Gen4 Alarm Panel - 8SP411A with 8 wired sensors. I want to replace the control box with one that has a LAN or WiFi interface for connection to my local LAN and is capable of sending alerts via email and has a web interface contactable on the WWW. I want to retain my wired sensors but also have the option of adding additional wireless sensors. Can you recommend a suitable control box?

I am looking to get a security monitoring system were is no access for a landline (router) only to use GPS services. I was looking on connecting Visonic Powermax pro including Powerlink 2 unit with a sim card with data package. For a vision monitoring I want to connect a PTZ IP (axis???) outdoor dome camera which will be linked to the Powermax pro (how is it connected?) Could you please advice which camera will operate with this unit and how the system should work if the is only a mobile router (sim card with a data package) or is there some other solution how to connect this system and view it online?

Hi there, We purchased the above system sometime ago and have only just got around to installing it! On opening the bell box we were sold with it , it is a hardwired version. I have checked the install manual which only refers to a remote bellbox. Can you tell me which models would be compatible with our system that are available and how much they cost from your company + the postage costs. I dont suppose we can hardwire the one we have got which is a Texecom external sounder and strobe? Thank you for your help

Hi, Can I please ask for some help on choosing a new alarm system for my 4 bed semi house with a garage on the side. The garage has a flat roof and there is a new flat roof extension being built at the back which will give access to 2 bedrooms. I have a living room at the front and a study on one side. got around to installing the pyronix twin alert and the bell output is nice and loud but the spk just clicks? I have it set on a entry/exit output on a galaxy G3 panel and have moved the volume control. To debug I moved the wire I have going to the bell side to the spk and it don't sound? I even tried using the pull up resistor, still didn't work... I know I was somewhat brain frazeled by the time I got to do that (I even wired a sensor to the wrong zone lol) and wondering if I have missed something.. +12v -0v Spk switched to 0v Bell switched to 0v

Good morning I wondered if you could help, we have fitted a ali door to a business which has a Chubb alarm system, and the Chubb engineer has said the below. "The lock or keep needs to have an integral micro switch contact on it to provide electrical connections.
