I purchased the above from you as a replacement for one in which some of the pressure pads are not working. When installed, will the new unit retain my original 4 digit code?

Hi, I am trying to connect an AG6 sounder to an ADE Logic 6 panel (supplied by you) but the instructions supplied by both units are not clear and the AG6 instructions do not even conform to the suppied unit. The Logic 6 panel connections are - strobe - strobe + scb T scb A bell+ D bell- B The sounder AGL connections are - ST- R- SW- V+ V- Can you please advise how these should be connected

I have a Optima XL4 Alarm that needs the external bell box needs replacing,could you please tell me if any of the Honeywell alarm boxes you stock are compatible with the above alarm panel.

I got a speech dialler a few months ago been, working well untill a round 2 weeks ago. it's stopped dialling out or reciving calls. I have plenty of credit phone, and the sim card works in a mobile phone. the antenna is ok no damage that I can see. do you have any ideas on what the problem is?

Hallo, As a potential customer(self employed) from Germany I`m interested in one of your intruder kits Visonic Powermax+. I would like to know if for the time beeing offered kits are working in the 868 Mhz frequency band and have phone (dig/analog ?) interface. Also if 1 (one) piece of a 868 Mhz Powermax+ kit can be delivered to Germany (paying by PayPal). They are respectevely specified with a weight of 0,2 or 6 Kg; how much would cost dispatching+delivery to Germany for each.

The wiring diagrams are unclear for connecting the panel to the external sounder/bell box. The connections on the bell do not relate to the bell instructions. Can you tell me how to connect the two. Hi, I wish to upgrade an old wired intruder system in a 4 bed detached house. I am looking for a simple to operate basic system so that next door neighbours can monitor it when I am away and gain access easily. I have chosen the components below which look suitable but am not sure about the pir sensors (no pets to worry about) or the sounders (would the basic sounder be adequate in a residential situation or should I go for the louder twin piezo unit?. I am replacing a Karisma plus alarm system in a large house. Unfortunately this randomly goes off & is especially susceptible to fluorescent lights. Requirements for new system:- Be able to identify all items individually and have them displayed with name on RKP eg kitchen window, front door. House has several loops of 4 core (unscreened) cable so can't put items on individual wiring. No windows = 17 no doors = 3 no PIRs = 6 no fire detectors = 2 no RKPs = 3 System should have dialer + speech module or GSM Hopefully system can be set to detect two events before alarming.

many thanks recieved panic alarm fob today i recieved the 727r/728r i have registered te key fob to the alarm scantronic ion 16....however it does not arm or disarm the alarm i was wonderng if i had not done any thing obvious i also tried to add it as panic alarm that did not work. i was wondering if it could a faulty fob?

texecom prestige ir would that work with texecom excel.does it depend on eol of the control panel and the pir to work together.

I have a Risco GT 595 and my installer has just gone out of business. I managed to get the engineer access code from him following his demise but this is of little use without an engineer installation manual or support from Risco. Not being a registered installer neither are available from Risco. Can I get these elusive commodities via Security Warehouse? I notice that many Risco products listed on your site are Sold Out with the exception of user manuals. Is there a reason for this unusual demand?
