I do not believe the Prestige IR sensors have the EOL resistors incorporated within the sensor. It's a lower cost sensor, so wouldn't expect it to. There's nothing to stop you using EOL or non-EOL sensors with the panel though. You can:

 

1. Set the panel for normally closed operation and do not fit the resistors.

2. Fit one 10k resistor at the sensor and set the panel to "American" operation.

3. Fit one 33k resistor at the sensor and set the panel to "European" operation.

4. Fit one 10k and one 22k resistor at the sensor and set the panel to "High Security" operation.  **My preference**

 

Just check the installation manual. Simples!
