Hi, i bought a powermax plus alarm, and have just attached the external sounder to complete the system (risco novagard6), however, upon arming and disarming using the keyfob, the external sounder sounds for 1 second. this doesnt happen if i use the keypad on the pm+ though. Please could you point me in the right direction.

Hi, I need support with my powermax plus control panel, I have had my system working fine for around 11 months. I am having trouble disarming the system with the panels keypad, i get to 3 digits and then it just beeps. I have changed the code and it is still happening. All the buttons seem to work fine and i can disarm ok with the keyfob. Can you provide a solution or where i need to go for help? Or do i need a replacement panel?Many Thanks

I have just purchased the rs232 remote programmer but it is saying that I need to enter installer mode to access this. The main reason I bought the pack was because I could not get the installer option on the menu and I have forgotted the installer code. I have already tried a master reset but to no avail. Please could you advise if you are able to assist.

We have an old Scantronic 4600 alarm and want to be able to remotely set and unset the alarm. Do you sell a remote control device that will allow us to do this? We have a Scantronic 4605 UK-55 remote device but this seems to be able to set the alarm but not unset it which is a pain!

Please can you clarify whether it is possible to have the Receiver and the Transmitter running on/from different power supplies. We have asituation where the alarm power supply cannot be supplied to the transmitter but can be to the receiver, so in theory it will function. If it is possible, do you have such a power supply - we assume a plug in transformer will do.

Model ABC-0001 Can thsi be used outside under cover ,does it come with adjustable mounting bracket for outside mount.

Just purchased a host of intruder alarm equipment from you - it arrived yesterday. The control panel is the Texecom Premier 48. Does this panel have an intergrated sounder that will sound when the alarm is activated (entry/exit and on activation) or do I have to buy something additional?

Hi I purchased a security panel, Texecom Premier DC8 + a few years ago from yourselves and I am only just fitting it but have mislaid the remote key pad and installation instructions. Can you advise which remote keypads you sell that will fit this panel as I note it is not for sale any more. Also, do you have the installation instructions available? Thanks

I currently have a Texecom R8 house alarm. I need to replace the main circuit board, so I thought I would upgrade to the Excel, use the Existing R8 as a remote keypad in an alternative location and install an new PIR sensor while I was at it. The question is. Is the existing R8 keypad compatible with the Excel board? (as an additional remote keypad) and will the existing PIR sensors operate correctly? Do you use any further problems? have just installed my new control panel everthing working fine, just won't let me change the four digit code, have gone through the instructions given in user manual but it still only lets me use the factory set code to set the alarm,could you please give me some advice to correct this problem.

I have your verutas 8 and i have just added another remote key pad, all works fine but i cant seem to get out of engineers mode, i go to program and put my new code in but when it comes to full alarm it will only respond to 4 3 2 1 any surgestions?

I would like to know if for the time beeing offered kits are working in the 868 Mhz frequency band and have phone (dig/analog ?) interface. Also if 1 (one) piece of a 868 Mhz Powermax+ kit can be delivered to Germany (paying by PayPal). Hi, I wish to upgrade an old wired intruder system in a 4 bed detached house. I am looking for a simple to operate basic system so that next door neighbours can monitor it when I am away and gain access easily. I currently have a FreeWave alarm for my detached garage and shed. Working fine but I want to use more wired sensors than the 4 that this allows. Could you advise on an alternative panel? Today I purchased a copy of Wintex from yourselves. I have downloaded the Wintex zip file multiple times and it will not open. The Zip file is corrupt. I have attempted to open it in 7-zip and Winzip and neither of them will open it. They both say that the Wintex download is corrupt.
