have just installed my new control panel everthing working fine, just won't let me change the four digit code, have gone through the instructions given in user manual but it still only lets me use the factory set code to set the alarm,could you please give me some advice to correct this problem.

    enter user code 4321 , press PROG , press 6, 0 , enter new code , PROG , RESET.

    If this doesn't work , then you will have to default the panel back to factory defaults and start again.
