Secware SBL300B. Does anyone please have the dimensions / spec sheet ?

Hi just wondering if anyone can help. I'm replacing a SL compact LED remote keypad, I've heard the SL compact is the same as an optima but with another badge? Would an optima compact LED remote compact surfice? Both are 8 zone keypads.

What do I do as I have received a faulty opal xl sensor my order no is 24512. I have just tried to install this sensor to an existing circuit of an emerald mk3 and 2 other opal xl sensors i installed about two month ago. I connected this sensor up to the side of the house and in the day it buzz as it should when selected, however at dusk or night it should turn the lights on. This sensor doesnt. It just buzzes day and night. Just to check the wireing I swapped this sensor with one of the existing ones and the fault went with this new sensor, so I know its faulty. Thanks Steve

Hi, need some help, whats is type M System

Moved into a property a few years back and alarm works fine, however I want to alarm the garage alone so I thought maybe I could use Part Set programme 2 to do this. All went well until I tried to omit zones or even make them used or unused it worked quite well the first time but when I set it again all the zones have reverted to previous setting. I just want the garage zone active in programme 2. How can I make this permanent? I have tried in Engineers mode as well. Help would be appreciated. Cheers Clive

Hi There, I own a fire alarm company and have no interest in security products but i would like the backlit Odyssey X3 bell box on our office. We have an old Optima XL6 control panel which i hope to connect these too (if loadings allow) How is best to order this with our company name on the insert? Tried enrolling both the kp160 and sr730 to the powermaster pro unit but nothing..... Tried all the methods in the installation procedures but get nothing. I know it did say both units are compatible, but really.... are they?? The rest of the sensors enrolled straight away. Any help please??
