Hi, I paid my order with your paypal service, and now you say that my account is not verified and has stalled my order. The problem is that I did not create any account with paypal, I just choose to use 'Express checkout'. Which does not use any paypal account. I just read this sticky: http://www.securitywarehouse.co.uk/forums/topic/359-stalled-orders/ But I could not see nowhere on the payment pages, as stated in the sticky, that you needed to create a verified account with paypal. Hi There, I own a fire alarm company and have no interest in security products but i would like the backlit Odyssey X3 bell box on our office. We have an old Optima XL6 control panel which i hope to connect these too (if loadings allow) How is best to order this with our company name on the insert? What do I do as I have received a faulty opal xl sensor my order no is 24512. I have just tried to install this sensor to an existing circuit of an emerald mk3 and 2 other opal xl sensors i installed about two month ago. I connected this sensor up to the side of the house and in the day it buzz as it should when selected, however at dusk or night it should turn the lights on. This sensor doesnt. It just buzzes day and night. Just to check the wireing I swapped this sensor with one of the existing ones and the fault went with this new sensor, so I know its faulty. Thanks Steve

Hi, We have a Maglock door entry system which has fail and is no longer locking. Looking at the Access Module PCB it looks like one of the Caps has died and possibly taken out some of the surface mount components around it too. Can anyone identify this board and where to get a replacement? Thanks.
