Please include the reason for the return on the RMA ticket. How long will it take for my return to be processed? We aim to process returns with 4 working days. I am creating this sticky due to some of the responses made on the support forum. When using paypal for payment method we can only accept paypal accounts that are verified and confirmed (UK orders) This is the same as checking the address on a credit card, but these 2 systems (ie verfied and confirmed) are the only way that paypal allow us to check. We cannot stop the system automatically processing unverfied paypal accounts, and if using paypal for a first order, and having an unverfied paypal account, your order will be stalled. I am struggling to contact the customer service and it has been more than a week I have been updating my ticket dily without any answer from the customer support. I bought a product and I suspect there might be an issue with the product, customer service have asked me to contact the manufacturer for the same. I believe securitywarehouse should be responsible to sort the faulty product with the manufacturer and not me. Hello, I have just installed an Accenta G4 mini. when I do a walk test all door contacts come up 1 and all PIRS show 0 until they are ch3cked and when they are they show 1 as expected. when the alarm is set it shows setting Fault at front door . The G4 mini was a replacement for my G4 metal and both wiring diagrams are the same . can anyone advise what the problem maybe thanks

Moved into a property a few years back and alarm works fine, however I want to alarm the garage alone so I thought maybe I could use Part Set programme 2 to do this. All went well until I tried to omit zones or even make them used or unused it worked quite well the first time but when I set it again all the zones have reverted to previous setting. I just want the garage zone active in programme 2. How can I make this permanent? I have tried in Engineers mode as well. Help would be appreciated. Cheers Clive

Hi there, I am putting an Accenta gen4 alarm in a large shed and could use a little advice on it please? Is there any particular dual-tech PIR which would well in a shed and lessen false alarms? Keeping the alarm wires away from power cables will be difficult. Will I get away with running them near each other if the cable is screened? I don't see a 2.1Ah battery on the site, is there another that would be suitable for the Accenta box? Any other advice on putting an alarm in a shed would be very wecome. Thank you, Colin.

Hi all, How do you all experience Security Warehouse customer service? 13/11/2013 I placed my first order (£905 GBP) and it shipped fast, no problem so far. 21/11/2013 I created a ticket about a faulty product. Still the problem has not been resolved and Security Warehouse are not responding. 02/12/2013 I placed another order and they shipped fast without problem. So when it comes to selling stuff this goes really quick, but when customers have issues it takes really long. Anyone else experience problems with Security Warehouse way of resolving troubles?
