I bought a Visonic TOWER-20AM MCW Outdoor Motion Sensor on your web site in November 2012 and I had 4 false errors in the last 2 days. The message that I received on my phone each time is IRP MASKED ! First time I was home and nobody was outside in the Sensor area.

The Sensor worked fine for more than 6 month and nothing change on the configuration.

I don’t know what to do, could you please help me with that or explain me who can help me ?

The mask alarm does not arise from the unit detecting anything, but because it has not 'seen' anything and therefore believes it has been masked. The sensor is fine
