I need to replace a videx front station, that appears to be the one button audio + code lock, and need to expand the system to a 2nd entrance, I saw a 2 door controlleer on your site, but that said it was for prox tags.. can you advise what component parts I require.. I assume the controller has clean contact relays for use with maglocks and aux PSU..

could you tell me if the system uses 12 volts as a battery backup ? i am looking to putting this system into 4 garages/lock ups where there s no mains power, but i could use 12v batterys if this system runs on 12v when no mains power avalable, also is it a 12v supply that activates the siren, thank you.

In urgent need of a Eurosec CPX, Radio/wireless Receiver, & Radio/Wireless PIR for waiting customer,and I am not sure how long they maybe willing to wait/believe that there is a supply problem.
Please advise regarding more information or suggest suitable replacement equipment (another manufacturer) that can provide all the respective functions of Eurosec CPX, or Gardtec 595.

We have a bpt system for our front door with a camera and a phone. We were wondering if you would be able to provide a wireless phone so that we are not deskbound but could move around in the office and still open the front door. The phone we have is YC/200 UK if that makes sense.

This has to be a Grad 3 system. I need 6 shutter contacts, 2 recessed door contacts, 1 surface door contact, 4 cieling pir, 4 smoke detectors, 3 panic buttons, speeach and text dialar, 1 bell box and cover and battries, I also want a remote kepad so I can switch of alarm in stoarage area when needed. If I am going to have items on individual zones then wich texacom alram do I need. Most of the items are straight forward but need to know more about the remote keypad do I need to purchase some extra card extra. you can call me so I can explain to you thanks.

I am interested kit solution with GSM capability. I would like the alarm when triggered to be sent as SMS to predefined mobile phone numbers and possibly even place calls to predefined numbers.
Also I would like to be able to configure and receive status by sending SMS command.
I would like to have two identical kits:
Each kit has 2PIR, 2 door contacts, 1 control panel with GSM, 2 Keyfobs.
The control panel can be either Plus version of Pro version, would like to know the difference on pricing.
And if I have the flood and smoke detector connected, can I configure the control unit to send out different SMS to different number based on different types of alarm?
maybe some user manual will solve my other questions regarding usage. Appreciate if you can give me the links to them.
And last, I live in Sweden therefore if you can estimate the shipping cost based on my choices above, two kits, it will help me to plan the purchase.

can we use a VIDEX 901 Door Entry Monitor Intercom / Videophone GWO instead, does it have the same plug in capability or would there be re-wiring involved

I'm looking for a replacement for my Response SA5 which I have had installed from a previous property on a 'temporary' (5 years!) basis whilst I finish a self build house project.
I now have around 16 separate, hard-wired door/window contacts and I want a new system that allows them to be individually monitored. On top of that, I'd like to have 6 or so wireless zones for possible future expansion eg garden shed etc.
The next requirement is to have a built in voice dialer.
Lastly, I want to be able to access the system via the internet in the event of an alarm so I can interact with it - switch it off, see which zone has been triggered etc.
I already have some IP cameras installed so these can be run separately - or integrated with the new alarm system if it makes things any easier or better.
Do you have any recommendations/suggestions?

I currently have a wireless Scantronic alarm system which I am hoping to service myself. Currently it is flashing for a new battery. Firstly are you able to provide a new battery for the control boxes? Secondly if I open the box I assume it will go into tamper mode, are you able to advise whether I can source an engineer code?

dear sir have just instoled a single door access control keypad with with a remote exit switch ,i have a problem wit h programing the key pad ,i have followed the instuction but with no sucees the remote exit switch works fine

Hi guys, just a quickie. Can you tell if the the Visonic Powermax+ Quickfit Kit (inc Wireless sounder)kit has the dialler built in? Can you set and unset via your telephone after an activation and can it send you a text message to let you know when the alarm is set/unset? I can't find any spec online fort his product. If you could email me a link that would be just as good. Have a good evening. Dan.

looking for a list of GSM dialers for a door entry system.
we have a 20 room sub let office building that is difficult to retro fit. the land lord now requires a door entry system. do you offer a GSM to landline call from a PAYG sim card system?
