I have an application where the customer has a wired system and wants a sensor put on a door but doesn't want a wire running across or in the wall. Is there a wireless door contact that can tx to a receiver that interfaces to the wired system ? Regards.

I just received my Visonic Tower PIR, and I'm nut quite sure it is operation correctly. I installed the PIR as per instructions, about 2,3 meters up and with an angle setting of 5. This should give me at least a +/- 10 meter 90 degrees coverage. While in test mode it already showed "blank" areas where detection failed, and fully operational it will erractically detect motion (I keep in minde the 2 minute reset period after initial motion detection). Sometimes it will only detect motion within a few inches, sometimes not at all. I would be grateful for advice in this matter. Regards,

Can you please tell me which fire detectors to install in a new house,they are to be connected to the fire zones on the Accenta G4 alarm system I bought from you previously.

I purchased a Veritas Excel panel with LCD keypad (order number 18090). On powering up the system for the first time, the keypad remains blank and does not display any text. The three LEDs on the side are lit and the keypad is illuminated and accepts key presses. Am I missing a configuration step somewhere or is the keypad/panel faulty?

I have just received my scantronic 525r remote and would like to know to pair it with the control panel so I can use it.

i have the optex ax 130t beam system, but unfortunetely the plastic cover is damaged on one of the units. Can I buy a plastic cover only for this unit from you guys??

I purchased from you last year a optima 4 replacement panel as my existing panel stopped working. Now my external sounder is so quiet you can hardley hear it, Please can you advise if this could be a fault within the panel or is it the sounder itself. I have checked all connections and they are ok

I have recently purchased a Menvier SD3 dialler from you to use with a Honeywell GD4 Accenta alarm system. My electrician has successfully configured the Accenta Alarm outputs to work correctly with the SD3 dialler (texting and calling fine), but is having some trouble workling out how to connect the SD3 outputs as required as the manual does not give a great deal of info. I understand that the outputs are open collector and therefore will need a suitable relay to provide a clean switch. Can you please recommend any particular relay modules (boards) for connection of the following outputs: 1 - To control heating system on/off 2 - Wired back to Accenta panel as Panic …

Hi, I am moving a scantronic panel a couple of foot away and I will be powering the system down. The issue is I don't want to climb ladder to disable the bellbox. Can I just short the Tamper and 0V from the bellbox to stop the SAB ringing. Any Advice will be appriciated thanks.

Hi I need to check a couple of things... 1. If I order the "Castle Care-Tech Euro One (includes LCD keypad)" from your site - part number EUR-1024... it says you get the panel and the remote keypad - is the keypad fitted with the Prox sensor for proximity fobs? 2. If it is how many fobs come with the panel? 3. I want to use 12volt bells as my warning devices but I've been told that they will burn out the microprocessors on modern control panels. Is this just a way for the trade installer to put me off doing it myself or is there any truth in what he's saying.

hi... should be recieving my alarm from you trammorow and want to take a go at installing it my self.... but looking at the wires my sons layed 8 core instead of six :-\... and than for the internal speaker they did not feed the wire to the control panel instead the fed it to the keypad :-\. what can i do can i use the 8 core wire? and what about the internal speaker... and plus they layed the 8core for everything which is the bell box...
