[Ticket Question] Help with the ART 832

I was called out to a small block of flats last week where the entry phone system is not working - fault appears to be microphone at the main door as everything else works fine.

It is an art 832.0 4+1 I believe. Just need some help identifying and sourcing a replacement part.

The voice panel is a seperate part. ie you will need a whole voice panel not just the mic.
