Will this work with radio smoke detectors? Is this compatible with manual fire alarm call points? And finally will this need some sort of relay box to work with a speech dialer? Thanks.

You can add a radio expander to this panel via the bus. Then compatible smoke detectors can be added. To use a call point you would need a clean switch model and add external eol resistors. A speech dialler can be directly connected to one of the programmable outputs. But this would not make it a complaint fire alarm. If BS5839 is required you will need to use a compliant fire alarm panel.
