, I have an older alarm panel that does not need EOL resistors. Is there a way to use this device without the EOL resistors selected as a normally closed circuit like traditional alarm circuits? Before I had the texecom AED 0001 which is fine but this new replacement talks about EOL resistors built in in the literature. I just want to know if it is compatible with the texecom veritas panel which doesn't use EOL

    If this is the Impaq SC, then only the contact side (MAG)of the device will work as normally closed.
    The shock side (EOL) must us resistance.
